Wow. Just wow. I've said it so many times you are probably tired of reading it, but fffuuuuuuccccckkkkkkkk. JA Huss is beyond freaking brilliant. I can't even begin to describe the ride i just went on, but I'll see what I can do. Because really? It's #FuckingFive and I've been waiting for him since he made his appearance in Guns. We knew he'd be amazing as soon as he took his Princess's hand and told Aunt Ronnie that he would take it from there.

Because he did.

I did a quick listen of this fantastic book over the weekend while on a road trip with my SIL.

It was the perfect way to pass the time in the car. I mean, who better to spend your afternoon with than Five Motherfucking Aston?

No one (unless it's Spencer Shrike, but that's not the point here).

And Five's love for Rory is the sweetest love, it's the purest love, it's the love that surpasses time.

I think I enjoyed this book more on audio. There's just something about hearing these characters come t

I've been waiting for this one. Probably expected too much. From other books, I pictured Five as a brilliant bad ass, but he wasn't really. The relationship with Rory was sort of mushy with a lot of raw sex. They have known each other since they were toddlers and declared their everlasting love when they were kids, so we had flashbacks instead of an actual building up of a relationship. For me, that's never as much fun. It's okay. But not as good as others in this long series. ...more

Fans of J.A. Huss have been waiting to read about Five and his Princess since they were introduced so long ago. I mean it’s f*cking Five and his Princess! And boy did she not disappoint. In her style, she gave us their story and twisted our hearts at the same time!

Five Aston and Rory Shrike have been destined to be together for as long as either can remember. They were childhood friends that were inseparable. They built their future together in their minds. How could they not ever be, right? Bu

I am one of the lucky ones chosen by Julie to on her advanced readers team. Another great book with twists and plots you just have no idea how she thinks it all up. Princess Rory Shrike and Five are soulmates before they even know what it meant. They are perfect!! And even though there some crazy ass shit happening all around them, they are there for each other every step of the way. Thank you Julie for another great read.

Sigh...Fucking Five! Ok. Loved Five and Rory, but did not enjoy the Princeton Secret Society storyline.

5 Stars for Five

Five was absolute perfection! The characters, the storyline... EVERYTHING about this book lived up to some very high expectations. JA Huss has created a magically romantic fairytale ending for Five and Princess Shrike. This is not your typical romance, but for this family of twisty characters it was utter perfection. I have waited an eternity for this book, and my patience was greatly rewarded. Bravo!
