Ugh, Rich people confound me! LOL, seriously, I think the saying "money can't by happiness" is so true. Alex is a trust fund baby who just graduated from Stanford. Her sights are set on Columbia Law School now but she's got one vacation to let loose before she's got to buckle down. She meets Not and they agree on a one week only, vacation fling that stretches Alex's (who is calling herself Charli on her vacation) limits.

Very slow begining but great twists at the end.
This is my first Aleatha Roming book and I went through it via audio. The overall premise intrigued me and I wanted to see what it was all about since I've see such positive reviews. The first half of the book felt dragging and that I did not feel connected to the main characters at all. I almost gave up but I wanted to push through and am happy I did. The second half moved faster in pace but the plot and the conflict seemed to get more defined and ...more
