Reread on the 22nd of September
I tried reading this again while waiting for Deacon's book to go live. I was hoping to like it more the second time around as I remember liking Jake very much. NOPE
Josie got on my nerves even more with the way she spoke, kept picturing the queen of England as Josie, and not in her younger and prettier days.
This did not bode well when reading the sex scenes, this scene kept replaying in my mind.
I LOVE KA, I ADORE HER BOOKS, just not this one!!

I think this is my favorite KA book, ever. I adore every single character in this story and home that it turns into another long running series. Can't wait to reread!

Loved this book.
Kristen's books always pull emotion from me but this one was amazingly heart felt. I am NOT a crier but by the end I was having a hard time reading through the tears. She once again delivers a hot, sexy, intense and involved storyline with unforgettable characters. Can't wait for the next installment of the Magdalene series. Now I have to blow my nose!!

Really, really good story! Very poignant, I shed a few tears near the end. (Could have done without all the profanity, but I do understand why Ms Ashley included it. Her point was well-made.)
