Opening Lines
I like opening lines of books. It sets the pace and tone.
What is your favorite opening line, and from what book? Or if you wrote a book what's the line?
One of my favorites is: There was a boy called Eustace Clarence Scrubb, and he almost deserved it. —C. S. Lewis
My Novel: The 58th Keeper starts: Alturus Burk knew it was the end.
