YA and Middle Grade Own Voices Group
For anyone that reads YA and Middle Grade and wants recommendations or to share them for own voices and diverse author-written books. Own voices are books where the author has the same marginalisation as the main character(s). We accept all marginalisations: race, disability (including mental illness, chronic illness, neurodivergent, etc), fat, LGBTQIA2+ (Including nonbinary and Indigenous genders, asexual and aromantic spec, multigender attraction, etc), sex workers, etc.
