I am about halfway through this book. After watching the PBS series, I wanted to read the book on which it's based. Ms Goodwin is not the greatest writer in the world so I continuously picture the TV characters as I'm reading. The story itself helps make up for the distractions of a few things Ms Goodwin's editor missed (i.e. "The corners of her mouth turned down at the corners." - ??). — Apr 18, 2018 04:59AM
