[close] 1.Let’s meet the last week of every month to discuss the current book and pick our next one.
2.The book club member who chooses the book also coordinates calendars and picks the time and location of the monthly discussion.
3.Whether the book club meetings are in the office at lunch or at a nearby restaurant with vino – each member pays their own way.
4.Book club meeting discussion won’t be structured. But the hostess can have questions and topics to discuss if they want to.
5.Each member is responsible for acquiring the monthly book on their own (library, book store, kindle, etc).
6.When choosing the next book, if ½ or more of the members have already read it – another title should be picked.
8.We’ll meet 10x a year (taking July and December off).
9. Each month will have a book theme such as Fiction, Biography, Romance, Mystery, Best Seller, Classic, Non Fiction, History and a few months that are wide open to whatever that member wants to choose.
