Now i need a scare for Halloween!

Hi Kate D :) Lovely to have a new face! We are a very small hopefully soon to grow group!
Please feel free to add anything you like :)

I will add to my growing to read list ....let me know if its good :)"
Kate you can see my review of it. Othe..."
I'll rent the movie :)

I will add to my growing to read list ....let me know if its good :)

Who do you like the most? I dread my favourite characters being killed off! Andrea was great so that was a shock for me...i don't think there's many originals left? I think just Rick, Carl, Daryl, Carol, Glenn. Shane was a shock in Season 2 because he was such a central part of everything.
a friend of mine just told me of the webisodes ... so i have something to fill my obsession till i get to see season 4!
Could it get any better?? Love it! :)

I have read 'Catch 22' - although a long time ago! and i think i read 'A Christmas Carol' once - or at least tried too!
I await your challenge! :)

I loved Wuthering Heights once i got deep into it...fantastic, horrible characters...Heathcliff and Kathy both deserving of each other as both of them despicable!
How about some Jane Austin?
I would like to read The French Lieutenant's Woman but then found out it was written in the 1960's...so my question...does this still count as classic lit?

I don't mind a good scare in a book - i like a good ghost story :)
I heard this was suppose to be pretty good so i'm going to give it a go

i finished this last week but it has stayed with me lingering in the back of my mind! Brilliant! I think i will just read it all again this week lol

We are buddies in the Fall/Autumn reading challenge in another group! You picked 'Violets of March' for me to read - yet to start! I think i am in the mood for a love stor..."
Defiantly:) if i read a good thriller i keep on that.theme for a few books but if i read a love story.that really touches me i find it hard to get into another. I'm a little bit thriller mad at the minute..a change is due lol

We are buddies in the Fall/Autumn reading challenge in another group! You picked 'Violets of March' for me to read - yet to start! I think i am in the mood for a love story so will be a good one for me to read next :)
Currently reading The Winter Ghosts which you also picked for me...it's great so far!
If you are up for some thrillers hopefully you will join in my picks to read this Autumn :)

Season 3 just finished here :(
Would love to discuss with any more Walking Dead lovers out there!!
Favourite character?- has to be Daryl for me
Best zombie moment? - Sophia coming out of the barn!!
Saddest death? Lori when she had the baby (cried and cried!!)

Really looking forward to reading this one so hope someone will join me!! :)
Book Blurb:
The jaw-dropping, page-turning, critically-acclaimed book of the year: a serial-killer thriller unlike any other from the award-winning Lauren Beukes. ‘GONE GIRL has not exactly gone. But THE SHINING GIRLS have arrived’ (The Times).
“It’s not my fault. It’s yours. You shouldn’t shine. You shouldn’t make me do this.”
THE GIRL WHO WOULDN’T DIE
Kirby is lucky she survived the attack. She is sure there were other victims were less fortunate, but the evidence she finds is … impossible.
HUNTING A KILLER WHO SHOULDN’T EXIST
Harper stalks his shining girls through the years – and cuts the spark out of them. But what if the one that got away came
back for him?

I found this book both haunting, heartbreaking and overall magical!

All books suggested will be read...no polling or nominating!
I would like to suggest for this month

Hopefully someone will suggest another read...maybe something spooky for Halloween?
