Ugh, so in addition to babysitting an injured (and very NEEDY) kitten I found, Mom also decided that today was the perfect day to do yard work. >.>

So, I've been trying to nab a few pages here and there between all the mess that was planned for today.

I'm around 100 pages into and I'm loving it. Since I'm Buddy Reading it, though, I stop today at around 130, so then I'll get started on !

Oh, and let me know how Poison Princess is, Kaitlin! I've been wanting to read it!

Hmm, there are quite a few. I guess when my cat had kittens. I was maybe seven at the time and was so fascinated by her and the babies. ^.^

Yay! I can get Mind Games, but it may take a week or so for me to get up to the library and get it. (I'm pet sitting.) When would you want to start it? Sometime in August?

Thanks! I was pretty proud of it when I made it. I have, like, no artistic ability when it comes to photoshop. I was just happy all the book covers turned out even. XD

Hopefully we'll be able to do a similar challenge next year. ;D

Not really a rant... Quite the opposite, actually, but I felt like sharing the news and this was the best place!

Lauren (my fellow mod) and I found a little injured kitten the other day. No more than two months old. He had an injury to his neck and, after taking him to the vet and having it fixed up, he's recooperating at my house.

He's super sweet and playful... but I haven't been able to read all day. It's like watching a toddler! XD
