When we get cards theyre sorted into different hands; the Draw two means that we can use the same reading for two places in a hand. Its a great way to knock out some spots! Theres an example in the Official spreadsheet that the UNO pixie shared of a draw two; we dont get points for it, its more of a cheat ;)

Ive set up a spreadsheet system that worked well for everyone in the team last year. Besides the colored and reverse cards, there is no reason for people to be reading books especially for specific cards, at least not in the beginning at least.

So! Instead of doing that, you will input the books that you read into the spreadsheet as you start and finish them, and I will use those entries to fill the official team spreadsheet :). My explanation isn't very great; check out the layout and the example I have in my first message where I listed the team spreadsheet.

To access this spreadsheet, I need an email from everyone! Once you give me the email, I can add you to the list of editors, and you can access the spreadsheet through an invitation in your mailbox. Either message me with your email or just put it here, what ever you prefer :)

Hey everyone! Welcome to the UNO Challenge! I'm Kaylee, the captain of our wonderful team this year!

A little bit about me; I'm a student in Pennsylvania, US.This is my 3rd UNO Challenge, 2nd as the captain :) I also have a part time job at a grocery store, and I play the trumpet! In my free time I hang out with my wonderful girlfriend, pet my cat Sammy, and read of course.

In terms of reading, in the past I've been able to read 6 or 7 books a month for uno. The challenge really is a great way to encourage reading, even when you're super busy! I read young adult fiction, and I've been on quite the contemporary kick recently. I also received a "100 books to read before you die" scratch off poster for Christmas! My New Years Resolution is to read 20 of those books this year, so I'll be pushing through those too!!

-Books must be at least 100 pages in length. If its a children's book, graphic novel, etc, I'll need to you verify that it is at least 25,000 words on arbookfind.com

-You must put your finished books on your Uno shelf for the challenge and have it marked as "read" on your account. If its not there, it doesn’t count :/

-Color cards must have at least 50% of the cover in the designated color to count. You can check the percentage here; https://labs.tineye.com/color/

- Remember that were a team and this challenge is social and for fun! Don't get too caught up in the competition aspect and enjoy! Reading is fun! :)

I finished the extra task that I took on for the day. Its a shame that we won't get all the challenges done but I'm super proud of what we've accomplished guys!! Also, its been awesome getting to know all of you the last couple of months :))
