Welcome back Karen. Bet you had a great time in Fiji. It was my first overseas trip eons ago but still remember it fondly.

None of the books I've read seem to fit, great job Noa. I'll keep checking too.

That Wobble certainly is an epic, I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes.

I liked it a lot. And despite the obvious things like heightened security (police and security patrolling with huge guns) I didn't feel unsafe at all. The people were lovely and already hurting so badly, tourism was down 30% before the recent incidents which meant a lot less people for sightseeing etc. Istanbul was amazing.

I know.... I was really nervous about going there and had even thought for a brief moment about cancelling our trip but I wanted to go so badly that I didn't. We were very, very lucky. That's one of the down sides of booking so early, hopefully all will be well when we go on our river cruise next April, although the countries are different and so far, safer..

Jet lag..got brain fog but pushing through. Had a horrible seat on the way back, I was dreaming of business class, sigh..
