It was an emotional read as I remember. That's the good and bad thing about reading historicals.. the shameful things that happened and are still happening.. what is that old adage.. Those who don't learn history are doomed to repeat it..

Karen, have you been watching Daisy Jones and the Six? You might remember how much I loved the book. And when I love a book I'm always really nervous to watch the TV adaptation. So far...so good. I've never watched Riley Keogh in anything before but I gotta say.. those Presley genes are shining through. She's got something.. And Sam Clafin as Billy isn't too shabby either.

Talking colour covers.. I was just hanging the library today (as one does in Uno time... ) and this lovely yellow cover just stood out begging to be borrowed! And it will cover Yellow 2 (title) or Yellow skip Ch - Roger Koponen.

Quiet weekend for me.. so managed to finish my assigned books early.

Is there anything in the mini that needs reading for. I'm sure I could finish one more book under 400 pages before the cut off? Otherwise I'll make a start on next months.
