Yay! A mini challenge and Easter!

I can fit in somewhere if you think that's yellow enough. I have on my pile as well, but that one's a little longer, and unless I can fit it into another challenge as well, might be tougher for me to get to.

Since Victoria has that lovely A just sitting there waiting to be used... I'm going to be tight to finish Captured -- fell asleep on my reading time last night-- so maybe we should go ahead and use Adam.

I can fit Captured in. (Sorry, phone so I can't link.) It has an A character. :)

I'll finish my two. But it just might take me until Friday. :)

If we can use last names on characters, I have an F book. I'll be reading that one next.

I have 2 books I know I'll be reading later this week - I'll link them when I get home and off the app. I should be able to get two more done next week, but I won't be able to pick those until some of my challenge tasks come out Sunday. I'll be on the lookout for Ys though!

Strategy question on the Spell it out part of the March challenge.... Should we try to fill in and finish 7 letter words first? Or just fill them in and let you Captains move them around at the end?

Sooo, I'm changing one of my books that's already been slotted to a hand. I was going to read Boomerang but the challenge I was going to read it for changed, and I don't need it anymore. BUT -- I am going to read Ego Maniac and the author's first name is Vi, so I will replace my V. :) Just wanted to let you know before it disappears from my list.

That would be great. I noticed we have limited vowels, so if you have the words that work, I would say let's run with those.

Oh, I forgot...Do you know if we can use all the author's names to count? I'm not going to be reading any more JD Robb before the end of the month, but I might read a Nora Roberts. Could we use that?

I'm going to start Blood Bound in the next few days (or after 3/15 now) so I can add that to part one, but can also be used for the scavenger hunt if we still need.

The scrabble part makes my head hurt. We can use each letter only as often as it appears, correct? So I guess we are limited on how many long words we can make and spell more than how many books we can read? Or a bit of both, I suppose. Is that right?

Teddie, I agree, it makes sense to get as many 7 letter words as we can without leaving us with a bunch of letters we can't use.

I hate to do this because it fits so well into our second hand, but A Discovery of Witches is going to be a DNF for me. I got about halfway through, but I just can't spend another 300 pages with these people, and what they eat, and how they do yoga, and row, and run and how the drink wine and how they read their books and how they ride their horses and what they wear to do all these things........

I'm hoping its early enough in the month that we can find something else for those spots? If not, I can try to skim the rest.
