((WAIT WUT I POSTED OMIGOSH WHAA))
"No problem sweetie, sorry again for not having it ready sooner. Enjoy your gourmet Frosted Flake breakfast." He chuckled and gave a wink. "You just take as much time as you want, we're cool parents, no rush to get to school." He listened as Harper and Echo talked about taking a trip to the mall. "Yeah, girls, we should definitely go shopping! As you can see, Echo, Harper is a bit of a shopaholic. We go to the mall
often." Not that George didn't love going to the mall as well, he enjoyed shopping, and he always snuck into the little kid playground because he was really just a big kid. He smiled and watched Harper walk out of the room to get ready, then turned to Echo again. He pumped her up about school, the town, and all of the great people she would meet and befriend. "It's a great place, Echo, I know you'll do great." He smiled and looked up when Harper walked back in, all dressed up and looking pretty just to go to the doctor's office. "You look great, bird." He grinned.

George smiled and hummed some boy band song as he danced around the kitchen, grabbing a bowl, placing it on the counter. He twirled around and opened the fridge, grabbing their organic almond milk and popping the carton open, pouring the pure liquid into the bowl with a splash. He put the milk back and leaped over to the cupboard, taking out some Frosted Flakes, they had some weird organic cereal that he and Harper ate as well, but he assumed the kid wanted some of the good stuff. He opened the box and shook the cereal in, then placed it in front of Echo's seat at the table, and then got a cup and poured her some apple juice and grabbed a banana, putting them at her place as well. "Alright, there ya go, sweetheart." He grinned and listened as Harper brought up a mall trip, he wasn't the normal boyfriend in the way that he actually enjoyed going to the mall with his girlfriend and shopping.

Chip and Teddy were passed out on the cold hospital chairs put into the room, they had spent most of the night before watching Poppy and trying to communicate with her. The words only came out in short, jittery half-sentences, but it was enough to keep them talking for a few hours or so. Chip tried to fill Poppy in on what she had missed since she went into her coma, everything from what was going on in the Cohen's daily lives (which wasn't all that interesting, most of their time recently was filled up by dealing with Poppy in her coma, visiting her and worrying about her) to all the latest aspects of pop culture, who did what, what was happening in the world. Teddy didn't really know what to say, so he just awkwardly rambled on about playing COD with his friends, they had recently beat a new level? (Forgive me I don't know crap about COD) and he told her about how Ben was pretty broken up about her being in a coma, having had a crush on her for years. Chip snapped awake, however, at the sound of someone entering the room. "Morning, Dr. Connor," He said with a sleepy smile and a wave. "Do you have the time?"

Awwwws George will love on her too of course, poor thing

((Haha sorry that part was a bit confusing, I just realized that, he hasn't put her into the car yet, I meant for it to be like he was
going to get her in the car, yeah, we gotta deal with Echo first XD))
George looked up when he heard their new foster child, Echo, coming down the stairs, he gave Harper one more kiss before her released her and sat up, trying to look natural. He didn't want Echo to feel weird or uncomfortable when he and Harper were being all lovey dovey, he supposed it would be okay with most people, but you never know. "Hey, there, Echo, gosh, sorry for the lack of breakfast, sweetie. Your mom's not feeling well, and it completely slipped my mind. Here, I can make you a nice bowl of cereal, cut up some fruit, and do you like apple juice or orange juice in the morning?" He smiled and made his way towards the kitchen, he didn't even hesitate calling Harper her mother, it felt pretty natural to him.

George's face lit up when Harper started laughing, he loved her laugh, even though she thought it sounded hideous, and tickling her always did the trick. She was extremely ticklish. He giggled and followed her as she bolted out of the room, she was adorable. He lost her for a moment when he came into the kitchen, glancing around the room. "Haaarpeer, oh, Haaarpeer?" A loud squeaking noise came from the living room and he laughed as he jogged over, yep, there she was, curled up on the couch like an armadillo. He leapt onto the couch and giggled, tickling her some more and rubbing his face into her back, giving her gentle little kisses. The poor girl started laughing so hard again that she was having trouble breathing, short gasps for air between laughs, so he decided to give her a break and just cuddle some more before they went to the doctor. He wrapped his arms around her and kept nuzzling into her.

Bella just laughed it off, her usual self. "C'mon, Phee, I know you're exited. You're going to see
you-know-whoooooo!" She censored out Aden's name just in case Phee didn't want the rest of the house knowing she was now in a relationship with Aden McCloud, which she most likely did not. Bella was the only one her sister has told thus far, and Bella was honestly really touched. They were still really super close, even though Phee had spent pretty much the whole summer away from her family. Best friends. "Everyone's at least a teensy weensy bit excited for the first day!" She laughed some more and started her shower, testing the water out to make sure it was hot enough, and stepped, in, singing some song in the top forty at the top of her lungs.
Crown laughed at his poor wife, she so wasn't ready to go back to school and do all of her official paperwork and things. He wasn't either, honestly. The amount of new students coming in this year was gigantic, and he would have to go through every single kid's papers to ensure that they were Capitol Academy material, and then record everything into the school's records. He turned over some more and slowly inched the covers off, finally pulling them all the way open, leaving him and Albany bare. "C'mon, sweetie, time to shine. It shouldn't be too hard, to me, you shine every single day," He said, being the usual super corny Crown. He giggled and jumped out of bed before placing another kiss on Albany's cheek, then went out into the hallway. "C'mon, kids, up and at 'em! The Superiors have to set a good example!
Golden strolled down the hallway, all smiles and cheers thinking about all the girls he would be sure to date this year, he decided that he would have his first one in the bag by the end of the day. It would be difficult, but he pretty much did it last year, and girls were one of his many fortes. He just hoped he hadn't lost his touch with Capitol girls after he had been off of the market for so long, the girls in California were super easy to pick up, they didn't really know who he was and they never actually dated, just hooked up. He would just have to be super on top of his game today. He passed the upstairs bathroom, Bella had made it very clear that it was occupied, and went downstairs into the bathroom at the end of the entryway. He smiled at the beautiful reflection he saw in the mirror and started gelling his hair.

George couldn't help but laugh a little at his girlfriend, she was such a workaholic, constantly looking through design magazines, talking with her clients, ordering furniture or expensive flowers or rugs from China or modern impressionist paintings. It was great that she loved what she did to that extent, though. He really admired her for it, as they both knew, he had run into some trouble actually working in the past. But he had bought his bookstore/cafe about a month ago, the previous owner had recently moved back to the U.S., and instead of having it foreclosed, George took over. He was excited to start work, actually, he was probably going to make it even more hipster than it was before. "No, Harper," he said with a sweet, caring smile. "I have no problem with you going to work, but when you're sick, if you're sick, I wont allow it." He laughed and grabbed her again, tickling her a bit and giving her hundreds of annoying little kisses all over her face, just to make her laugh.

George happily nuzzled into his girlfriend when she hugged him back, burying his face into her soft, blonde locks and giving her lots of little kisses. He used one hand to run his fingers through her beautiful, healthy looking hair that smelled like strawberries, and the other to press her securely against him, protecting her from the world around them. It was just him and Harper right now, locked in a cuddly, loving embrace. He loved it when they were like this, he loved having her up against him, and him against her, and they were just so close, so intimate. He lifted up his head a bit when he heard her say some silly thing about not resting if she was sick, of course she was going to rest, if she was sick, then she was going to get better, he would force her to spend all day in their big, fluffy bed, and he would bring her tea and chicken noodle soup and he would bring some chick flicks or Disney movies and they would cuddle up and watch them together. There would be no working on Harper's part. "Baaabe, if you're sick, you gotta stay home and take a day off. I'm not going to allow it. You work so hard already, anyway."

Billy nodded and gave his wife a reassuring smile. "Yeah, I definitely will. I can take her out to eat or we can go bowling or something, have a father daughter outing, and we can have a good chat. Maybe you could have a chat with Evan sometime, too? We need to whip these kids into shape, their behavior isn't how I'd like it to be, and I know you don't like it, too. This isn't the way we raised them. I have no idea where they're getting this... this rebellious, stupid behavior from." He shook his head. "Probably from those kids they hang out with, all they do is skip classes, drink and smoke. I dunno, maybe we could meddle a bit, find them some new friends, some that will enforce better behavior?" He grinned. "Or maybe we just need some more good, old-fashioned family bonding time, you know?"
Evan scowled at his sister, he knew she was only trying to help, look out for him, but he liked his crazy friends, the wild parties, the hook-ups with girls... the only thing he didn't like about his party boy lifestyle was the hangovers. His was starting to kick in now, the kids had broken into Gabe's parent's liquor cabinet and raided it for whiskey, vodka, tequila, anything they could find. And now, Evan was paying for it, his head began to throb and he became even more confused and unaware than he was when he woke up. He rubbed his sinuses and tried to pat down his hair a bit, then rinsed his mouth out with mouthwash so his parents couldn't smell the alcohol breath he had woken up with, it was all over his body as well so he put on some cologne. He splashed his face with water to wake himself up some more and trudged out of the bathroom and into the kitchen, putting on the same fake smile. "Hey Mom, Dad, Emery. Good morning." He grabbed some food and sat down at the table, trying to look as normal as possible.

Headaches suck man :( Drink a lot of water, like a lot, it should help

I think she should yeah

Cam, let's say they are, and then they can all go home, I think they should take a personal day from school with all of the dramaz and stuff
Leena, I think they should have already fostered her, maybe they could have had her around for like a week or so so far? So they're still getting to know each other? I think maybe like a young teen, like 13 or 14 would be cute?

((Oh hey btw Leena we can talk about it more in plot development but me and Ells were thinking that Chloe and Billy could hook up either before or after Billy finds out about Toby, just to spice things up some more?))
Billy smiled when he felt Lo nuzzle into him, he had noticed that she was being extra cute and cuddly lately, and being Billy, he was soaking it up. He put his head on top of hers and planted a kiss onto the side of her head, rubbing his face into her long, dark hair. He smiled as she pulled away, kissing her on the cheek one more time before she untangled herself and started making her coffee. He eyed her up and down, she looked adorable and sexy in her nurse's uniform, he was proud to know that his wife was helping people all day long. The uniform was definitely a bonus, though. "Hah, nope, not yet, they're here, though, I definitely heard Emery's mumbling of... unique word choices earlier when I started banging on her door." He chuckled.
Evan, still only half awake, noticed his sister and put his finger to his lips, making sure she was quiet. He had spent most of the summer grounded, he was constantly out after curfew, drinking, partying, and just being a normal, moody teenage boy. He had only recently got off last week for being drunk at home, he had found his parent's stash in the garage and decided to taste test a few bottles of vodka. He felt himself being dragged into the bathroom and looked around quickly to make sure his parents were nowhere near, then took a seat on the toilet as his baby sister started to scrub on his face. "Ow! Be more gentle, I have sensitive skin." He grinned devilishly. "Gabe Winters, I went to his party last night and it was fricking epic. You should've come along. Zach Weatherly did a belly flop into the pool wearing Mrs. Winters' wedding dress." He smirked.
