Evan groaned and shoved the rest of his breakfast into his mouth, picking up his plate. "Fiiinnneee." He carried his plate over to the sink and rinsed it, dropping it into the sink. "I'm gonna go get ready." He trudged up the stairs and into his bedroom. He sighed and pulled off his shirt, jeans and boxers and dressed himself in skinny jeans, a white tee shirt, his favorite leather jacket, and combat boots. His classic outfit, he didn't think he should do anything special for school. He smirked and ran some fingers through his bushy head of hair. "Alright, looks fine." He checked himself out once more in the mirror then started to make his way back down the stairs.

Billy turned to his daughter. "Ah, yes, money."He pointed to her and got up to get his wallet, pulling out a twenty and a ten. "Alright, this should be enough, I think." He handed her the thirty dollars with a smile and a kiss on the forehead. "Now go get ready! Wouldn't want to be late on your first day, would you?" He gave her a gentle pat on the back and started up the stairs to get to work. He had quit his job last year and was now a writer, mostly sci-fi novels. He had just started a new book on time travel, and wanted to get a head start on the second chapter.

Billy nodded in agreement and watched as his two kids came out to the kitchen one after the other. "Morning, Emery. Morning Evan..." He narrowed his eyes when he spotted the dark circles under his older son's eyes, he had either been up all night or drinking. Or both. Even the way Evan walked was strange, kind of zombie-like, actually. "Evan, it's clear to see that you were either drunk last night or you pulled an all-nighter. Both aren't good. Alcohol at your age is intolerable, and I don't know why you would want to stay up all night and feel dead in the morning. You need to make better choices, Evan. I might just... ground you?" Billy wasn't the best at discipline, he never had the heart to spank his kids when they were younger or ground them now. He just wished that they would listen to him.

Evan shrugged, blowing his dad off. "Whatever." If he was grounded, he would just sneak out anyway, and they don't have any proof of him drinking. Unless Emery told them. But she wouldn't do that. He glanced around and took a bite of his pancakes, the smiled and started shoveling all of the food on his plate into his mouth at once. A typical teenage boy. "Do I have to go to school today, mom? We're not even doing anything anyway." He looked over at her and gave her his best puppy dog face, he knew his mom had a special soft spot for Evan, and Evan, her. He could usually get what he wanted out of her if he was cute and sweet enough.

Grr I have such a complicated relationship with these cookies, I want to stop eating them

I'm present and ready to RP, eating one of those really unhealthy artificial holiday cookies but it's so goooood

George pulled up right in front of the giant steps leading into the school entrance. He looked up at the huge building and couldn't help but smile. So many memories. This was the place where he went to school for around six years, where he made friends, learned new things, and of course, met his beautiful girlfriend Harper. He missed it, honestly. He slowly turned back to Echo and gave her a warming smile. "You have a great day, okay? And you just call us if you need anything, or you don't feel good, or whatever. Harper and I will be at the doctor's and then we're going straight home, so we can definitely pick you up if you need us to. Alright?"

((Haha definitely not, should we post at the Great Hall to drop Echo of, then off to Dr. Connors'?))

George smiled and gave a light shrug, still not quite sure what that was all about. "Thanks?" He walked over to their white Hybrid, both George and Harper were really into saving the environment, so no other car was an option. George climbed into the driver's seat, starting up the car. "Seatbelts, everyone?" He grinned and pulled out of their driveway, cranking up some obscure indie station and nodded along to a song that only he knew the words to, and Harper because he played this stuff constantly. "Alright, first stop: Capitol Academy! You're gonna have so much fun, Echo, I just know it. It's a great school." He smiled and watched the great big blue morning sky ahead of him, and all of the cars speeding off to work or school.

George was immediately confuzzled when Echo asked him if he was going to change, it had completely slipped his mind that dropping his teenage girl off at school in his pajamas might actually be embarrassing for her. "Wha?" He looked down at his clothes to see if there were any noticeable stains on his old white shirt or plaid pajama pants, then looked back up. Echo was already out the door. He furrowed his eyebrows and looked to Harper for any sort of understanding of what just happened, but she just laughed really hard and told him to go change. He confusedly stumbled up the stairs and into the bedroom. "Well... okay..." He mumbled to himself, and pulled out a white button down shirt, his favorite pair of jeans, and his black Converse. He quickly dressed himself and made it look like he cared, he guessed that was what Echo wanted, and went back down the stairs. "Okay? I think I'm ready?" Girls are weird.

George grinned at his girlfriend, she was gorgeous. He stood up and pushed in his chair, putting his arm around Harper lovingly, giving her a big smooch on her soft cheek. "I'm definitely ready, not to put any pressure on Echo, here, sweetie, take all the time you need." He smiled sweetly. George wasn't exactly as ready as he could be, he was still in his pajamas with his hair all messy, but he figured he was only dropping Echo off at school and going to the doctor's, in his mind, no need to get dressed. He was a guy, so. His pajamas weren't that dirty, anyway.
