Hunter actually did it. He actually found himself at the New Years ball, just like he planed. He actually felt pretty good about it. After telling his parents he would go hunting and exercising for the remainder of the night, he was free to leave the house. He kind of felt guilty, but he would make sure they didn’t find out. He needed a day to let loose like he wanted to, not to mention he still had Lena’s dare to take care of. So here he was, dressed in a rented tuxedo, with Lena walking by his side. He had to say, she looked very stunning- sexy really, but he wouldn’t admit it- in the black dress. Lena was already pretty, but seeing her done up like that, well, he couldn’t stop looking at her. But he didn’t make it obvious, because that was wrong. “The place is packed,” he said to her as they walked with her holding his arm. “Should we find ourselves a seat first?” He asked her.

Some time in between getting her hair done and makeup done, Sebastian left Karly’s side to go get ready himself. He didn’t want to disappear too early because he knew that would be bad, but he didn’t want to be too late because that would also be bad. He still had to go pick up his suit from the place he rented it, because what dog owned a suit? After having to get it, he got dressed, stashing his other pair of clothes in the woods because that’s one of the places he hid his extra clothing.

Sadly, Sebastian couldn’t pick Karly up like he would have liked to because he didn’t have a car, nor drivers licenses to rent one. Come to think of it, he was lucky he managed to use the money he’s been saving up secretly to get this suit. I really need a part time job somehow, Sebastian thought to himself. But he wasn’t sure how that would work.

For now, he just told Karly he would meet up with her at the banquet. Adjusting his bow tie , Sebastian made his way around the place in search for Karly. He was starting to wonder if she didn’t come yet. After all, with all the things he saw the stylist do to her, he thought she would have taken hours to get done. But then an idea came to him as he remembered what Rela told her. Maybe I could pick up her scent. With that idea, Sebastian tried to see if it could pick up on the familiar shampoo and perfume scent that made up Karly. He was starting to give up, especially when he got to the garden where the air was filled with scents of flowers. But before he could turn around, his eyes landed on the person he was looking for. He walked up from behind and gently placed his hand on her arm. “Hey.”

Amir’s appearance at the ball was obviously mandatory with his family. Being rich and well known, they made sure to be there every year. Thankfully though, not his parents and nor siblings were here. With his dad leavening to attend an important meeting for the business with his oldest brother, and his mother and sister deciding they could go with to meet some old friends from other rich families, Amir had the pleasure of being the only Johnson there tonight, and of course, his father warned him to represent them nicely. He was dressed in a sharp classic suit, appearing handsome as always, and by his side was his girlfriend, who was obviously his date.

The two had just finished dancing to the slow but upbeat song. Amir was making his way to their table when his girlfriend said she’ll go talk to some of her friends. He nodded and let her go, it really caring what she did but acting like he did. Amir slumpped in his chair, while also looking presentable. He tugged at his collar to slightly loosen it. Sitting there and taking a sip of champagne- thanks to bribing the bartender with an extra tip- Amir’s eyes scanned over the crowed. There were a few faces from school, some being the boys in his football team. He couldn’t help but have his eyes gave over them as he checked them out, especially on Landon, who looked very sexy in his red suit and slicked black hair. Of course he didn’t know he was being watched. Normally he was careful when looking at guys, but he wasn’t thinking about that now.

Christopher was coming back from the bathroom and heading down the hallway to get back to the top floor of the ballroom, assuming that’s where Mai was waiting for him. Just like he planed, he ended up bringing Mai as his date. His mother was filled with joy when he told her that he had a date to the New Years ball, and seeing her like that made him happy. He had tried to tell her to come with him today, even if he had a date, but she said she would rather stay home and rest. With working two shifts, she could really use it.

Christopher was adjusting his tie when he spotted the familiar dress leaning against the wall. He walked up to her, noticing the glass she held in her hand was refilled. How much has she drank already? Chris thought to himself. Unlike her, he wasn’t drinking. He would be driving, and normally didn’t like to go near drugs thanks to the example his father has set up for him. Plus he wouldn’t want to disappoint his mother.

“It’s still hard to see you in a dress,” he admits with a soft chuckle once he came to her side. “But you do look nice in it,” he assures her. He couldn’t help but eye the glass before looking at her again, wondering if she was drunk.

After coming a little late, Ian found himself sitting in one of the chairs at the bar. Luckily for him, he was able to use the same ID he used to go to the club at the today’s event. Having a fake ID really had its perks. So here he was, ordering himself a third glass of alcohol. Because of the mood he was in, he wasn’t stopping himself from using the bar to it’s full extent. Even if it meant he could be recognized by a teacher or something. He honestly didn’t care if he did, because well... he could simply kill them if they made it a big of a deal.

As for his mood, let’s just say it wasn’t the best, not like it ever was really. After having to leave Minhyuk’s apartment from their study session, his feelings and thoughts were all over the place. He couldn’t stop thinking about Olivia, and how Minhyuk’s scent reminded him of her. Today was the day you left me, he thought to himself as if Olivia could hear him. He was staring at the bottles lined up on the wall, his gaze far away to memory only he could remember. The only thing he could do now got drunk to ease the pain.
