But yeah, we could do the myth idea and the kiss. Those sound nice. Do we just type this out in the new plot?

So for example, you can tell anyone, but can’t kiss them. Or you can kiss anyone, but you can’t tell them. (Or maybe you can, but you can’t kiss them anymore once they find out)
So that could be one way the curse spreads, but that’s the lesser/avoided way.
The main way would be the cursed people picking once a month. This one may be harder to implement, because how do we pick and carry this out?
Also, I like the idea of a cure, but that would need more thought like you said.

Hmmmm I think adding something would be pretty cool. Maybe we could do if you tell someone, they become cursed too?
Or maybe a if they kiss someone the curses spreads? Maybe that can apply to the persons first kiss?
Idkkkk I want to think of more stuff
Maybe once a month people can pick who would change, so people turn on each other so they can protect their family? Or could be the curse people that pick each month because it’s the only way they survive, they have to pick someone that changes

Luke looked over her. He was dumb when it came to dealing with people. He could see this girl was prepared to attack if she needed to. Her body language, her hand, her movements. He knew more about this stuff than he would like too. So he stayed out, not wanting to push her. “I have a lot of stuff on my mind, but you could pick.” He tells her.

When Sebastian asked her that question, he didn’t suspect her to say that. It felt like a punch to the stomach. He knew damn right that she didn’t text her friend 24/7 while she was sick. How did he know that? Because she forces him to cuddle with her in bed all day long until she feels better. So he knew she only said this to get a jab at him, and it worked. All he could say to that was a barely audible “yeah.”
However, if he thought that attack was bad, he definitely had it coming to him with the second one. Hearing her mention that she has a date with a new guy was worse than a punch to the stomach. It was a stab to his heart, and he felt so hurt. Did our time mean nothing to her at the ball? It can’t be because I didn’t text her. Can it? Maybe I was wrong. Maybe she didn’t like me.
Sebastian wasn’t even sure what to make of it. She wouldn’t even look at him, and when she did, it was a short glance, in which she was smiling. He thought it looked fake, but he was having a hard time reading her features now. Maybe he always had it wrong.
She then mentioned leaving, and he found himself still frozen. What was he to say? She didn’t even like him, he finally thought. He was dumb to think an amazing girl as her could ever like him. At least not in his human form. He watched her stand up and move away, felt everything fall around him. “C’ya.” Was all he could manage, feeling defeated.

His brows narrowed when he heard her laugh. Was she serious? He wasn’t finding this situation funny or anything. But he had to be careful because she had the leverage on him. His eyes widened when she said to tell a teacher, and then she said she wanted to see the girl he was supposed to give the drugs too. He put on a smirk, and said, “I can’t don’t that. That goes against the person's right of privacy sweetheart. But,” he moved closer, Alamo in a flirty way. “Maybe I can do something for you?”

Every fiber in his body was just telling him to turn around and hide. He wasn’t ready to face her. He never was, because of how much he likes her, and he sure as hell wasn't ready now after having not to text her back. But it was too late, he was already standing in front of her, and he already spoke.
When she looked up and smiled like that, it was obvious that she wasn’t happy to see him, and he felt his heart break. He only knew this because he actually knew her, even though she didn’t know that. He was probably the only person that knows her. So he knew when she had a mask on. He wondered if he should just play along with her and act like he hadn’t forgotten about her- even though he actually didn’t- or if he should just start by explaining himself.
Before he knew it, he just said, “It was.... alright.... I mean... I was sick. But like, nothing serious.” Fuck. No, that’s not what I want to say. By saying that, he made it look like he didn’t have a reason to have not texted her back. But what reason could he give her? He just wanted to smack himself in the head. “How have you been?” He asked her, wanting to turn the subject back to her until he knew what to say.
