Everyone who is on the list, please pay attention to these next instructions. DO NOT RELY ON MEMORY AS THAT HAS CAUSED TROUBLE IN THE PAST.
We will each need to make sure that we have never reviewed any of the 4 people above us, and that the 4 people below us have not reviewed us. (The list wraps, so 10 is above 1.)


To make sure that the 4 people above you have not reviewed you, follow these steps:
1. Go to your own profile. Under your picture, click the middle link that shows how many reviews you have done. Click that link.
2. On the next page, type the name of one of the 4 people above you into the box that says "Search and add books".
If you have not reviewed that person, it will say so on the next page.
3. Repeat the same search with the other 3 names above your name.
If each search leads to a page that says 'You have no books matching "So 'n' So'" then you have not reviewed any of the people above you, and you are good in that direction.

To check if any of the 4 people below you have ever reviewed you, follow these directions:
1. Go to the profile of one of the 4 people below you. Find the middle link below their picture that shows how many reviews they have. Click on that link.
2. On the next page, type your name into the box that says "Search and add books". If they have not reviewed you, the next page should say "[Author's name] has no books matching [Your name]".
3. Repeat this same search with the other 3 authors below you.
If each search with the 4 authors below you shows that they have not reviewed you, then you are good in that direction.

If you have checked in both directions and you have not reviewed any of the 4 authors above you, and none of the 4 authors below you have reviewed you, you are good to go.

Once you know you are good to go, come back here and post that you are "good to go" or equivalent. Once all 10 of us have checked and have posted that we are good to go, we will be able to begin.

Wolf, in checking your conflicts, it looks like you and Tenkara Smart have reviewed each other.
In the reading rounds, we don't allow reciprocal reviews as they get deleted by Amazon, and they tend to influence people to give ratings that aren't fully accurate.
Since the two of you have reviewed each other, I'm not comfortable having you both in the same round. But this round seems to be looking to fill a few remaining spots: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
You might try that, and see if E.K. can fit you in.

Thanks, Juliette. After checking if you've reviewed anyone here, and checking if anyone already here has reviewed you, it LOOKS like you can fit. From what I saw, you have reviewed Seth Hobbs and me, which puts you into #8 if I am correct.

Everyone, please let me know of any conflicts you can see, that I may have missed. It is a big help in avoiding review conflicts in the group.
Also, remember this from the first post:
'Please state when signing up what authors already on the list have reviewed you, and which ones you have reviewed.

To check if you’ve reviewed someone, click your “My Books”, and type their name in "search and add books".
To check if someone else has reviewed you, go to their profile, click the middle link under their picture (x reviews) then type your name into “search and add books”'

It is a big help to me in my efforts to find spots for you.

If I did not miss anything in searching for Juliette's reviews and who has reviewed her, then we have just one spot left to fill.

Graham, it looks like I was able to fit you. It doesn't look like anyone has reviewed you, and it looks like you've reviewed only me and Laura, which fits you nicely into the #8 spot.
