We've already sent a complaint, Brenda. It does really change the nature of the book. I haven't checked the other two titles yet.

I have some disappointing news. I've just checked the Kindle edition of 'A Taste of Life and Love in Australia', and even in the small number of sample pages, I have uncovered two serious alterations.
Words have been added to the end of the first story, "The Girl Next Door", and the last line of page 7, "A Storm in Summer" has been omitted.
A major part of our editing is the space between words, representing punctuation, giving pauses as in breath in singing, has also been removed. The right margin justification has been removed.
These changes seriously alter the quality and presentation of our book.

I've just checked the Amazon Kindle page, and now they have put up the cover image of 'Long and Short Australian Stories'. Yay!

We'll be adding the cover image today on Kindle.

Update: 'Long and Short Australian Stories' ranked #103,493 on Amazon Kindle best sellers list at 8.40p.m. Sydney time on 4th July!

Thanks so much, everyone! Your support is just magnificent!!

Thanks, Jeanette!:)
I'm about 30% through writing another book of Short Stories. This time, I can't push myself due to being slightly run-down, health-wise, but give me a few months or so....:)

Ron and I spent part of this afternoon, doing the paperwork to put 'Long and Short Australian Stories' on Kindle. Hope readers enjoy it!

Thanks, Jeanette! So pleased you're enjoying them! I'll encourage Ron to put 'Long and Short Australian Stories' next on Kindle, hopefully within days.:)

Another update: 'Thanks' to those supporters who have now gotten both '25 Stories of Life and Love in Australia' and 'A Taste of Life and Love in Australia' onto the Kindle best sellers ranking list! Both about #170,000, but they're there, and it's a good start, especially since they've been available for only a few days.
I hope they are being enjoyed!

The pleasure is all mine. Thanks..."Thank you very much for your support and encouragement. I'm overwhelmed!:)

Thanks, Lorelei! I hope to get at least another one up next week!:)

Thanks very much, Brenda! You're wonderful!

Thanks so much, Jeanette! Your support is truly appreciated to the highest degree!

I've just heard from Amazon that both books are now on sale in Kindle editions!

Readers may interested to know that I actually write the last story in this collection, first! I decided that I wanted to end off with its most complex story: one which an avid reader described as her particular favourite.

Hello Jeanette, and thanks for looking in.
I have some good news about Kindle. Both '25 Stories of Life and Love in Australia' and ' A Taste of Life and Love in Australia' will, barring gremlins, be available for purchase within twelve hours. This is my expectation, and I'll be delighted when my own eyes can vouch for it!
I'm having a short break from writing the next book, but I'm looking forward to getting back to it with some fresh ideas.:)
