I just checked the Kindle Best Seller's rank for 'Long and Short Australian Stories', and it's risen to #82,128. At least it's headed in the right direction.:)

Two more update: last night, Long and Short Australian Stories ranked #148,000 on Amazon Kindle best sellers list, so I guess it's selling.:)
Also, Mark has posted a lovely review of my fourth collection, Reflections of Life and Love in Australia. Thanks, Mark!

I have just learned that several copies of 'Long and Short Australian Stories' have recently been sold, both in paperback and Kindle format. :) Here's hoping that they're liked, and that readers will spread the word!

Haven't checked, Mark! It's a nice statistic on the face of it!

Off at a tangent, perhaps, but I'm happy to note that my fifth book, '60 Questions, Insights and Reminiscences', has made the Amazon Kindle Best Seller List! It's presently around number 126,000.

I took Chicki for a walk in the park this morning, and there was a chill wind blowing....

But the promise of Spring still holds, and we enjoy the park in the winter, too!

This is where I spend part of almost every day, so it qualifies as an influence.:)

Thanks to Jeanette and Mark for their recent, 5 star reviews of my first collection, '25 Stories of Life and Love in Australia'. So glad you both enjoyed it!

Prominent Goodreads reviewer and book blogger, Shelleyrae at Book'd out, has accepted 'Long and Short Australian Stories' for review next year!
This is a wonderful opportunity to gain her expert opinion. She is an outstanding Australian reviewer, and has contributed a vast amount to the AWW2012 Challenge.

Shelleyrae at Book'd out has rated 'A Taste of Life and Love in Australia' three stars. Her review will follow shortly.:)

Our fifth book, '60 Questions, Insights and Reminiscences', is now on Kindle.

The revised Kindle edition of 'A Taste of Life and Love in Australia' is up, but, although the setting out of conversations seems right, there's a word jumble in an important part, and a few other errors in the sample pages on Amazon. We'll have another look at it later, and see if it's possible to improve it further.
