i accidentally keep touching the stars on books I've read so middlemarch went for 5 to 4.75 to 4.25 and back to 5 bc IT IS FIVE FUCKING STARS.
anyway, I might cease star ratings just to be difficult since everyone is a little too excited about quart star ratings. this is my most toxic trait lol — 2 hours, 14 min ago

"Perhaps I'm not in the right head space for this book (I did LOVE Manacled, however), but I'm STRUGGLING to get through it. Have tried reading and listening to it on audiobook, but I'm finding myself disconnecting from the story because I'm bored. 🤷♀️" — Sep 04, 2026 12:14PM
