Here is how you can make your review a clicakable link. First, from one of your book review pages, highlight and copy the complete address in the URL window, at the top ..."I don't actually have over 80 read....only the ones with dates by them have been conquered. I filled out most of my list ahead of time with books that I definitely wanted to get off the TBR pile and then left time for books from the stacks that just "grabbed" me at the time.
when I get a minute (Ha!) I'll see what I can do with the linky thing.

I have updated my list (above) to reflect new books read. I need to sit down and really read the posts that have told how to do "that clicky thing" so I can link my review pages...Too much to do in too little time these days, though. Not keeping up on all my blogging and trying to follow how y'all are doing. I'm cheering you all on from afar, though!

Thanks so much for the warm welcome, folks. I am so glad I'm not the on..."Darn. Another good used book store bites the dust. There is a really huge one down in Jacksonville, FL. Gonna have to go visit my husband's aunt then. :-)

Hi, Margaret! *clap, clap* So glad you're joining us! Yes, I have the used book shop smell addiction as well. And where did you say this "Over 100,000 Hardbacks" Store is? I think I need to take a vacation.... :-)

Good luck with the new job!!

Misfit & Jemidar: Yes, if you bought the book for yourself pre-2012, then it can count (even if you have now gotten a newer version.

Anything readable counts...graphic novels, e-books, even children's books (if they were on YOUR TBR pile--for instance, I'm reading a classic kid's book that has been on my list for a while).

Our winner is Comment #9--Misfit!!! Congratulations! Look for a message soon so we can discuss which prize you'd like.
Okay...off to contact Misfit and then I'll be donning my climbing gear for another run at Everest. Be watching for another Checkpoint in the last week of June.

All entries now closed. I'm off to consult the Custom Random Number Generator to see who our winner is....Back soon.

RE: Your checkpoint post--
As things stand now, I do plan on sponsoring the Mt. TBR Challenge again next year (even if I conquer Everest this year, I still have a whole range of mountains piled round my back room...and I keep making more as I can't resist book sales of any kind.).

That is 28% so I am on target despite a troublesome month of March being trapped in my tent due to (travel) sickness, only ab..."Ester: You're doing great! Keep on climbing! If you'd like this to be considered for the Checkpoint prize drawing, then you'll need to post the comment on the Checkpoint thread.
Rio (Lynne) wrote: "Bev, it's OK. Your new books can go on your next year's TBR list. LOL "That's the plan. :-)

Thanks for the Checkpoint Post! Mistress of the Art of Death is still up the road on my climb. I'll check out your review once I've conquered it.

Great looking checkpoint post. I really enjoy Georgette Heyer--like seeing her on your list. Good luck as you keep climbing!

Thanks for the Checkpoint post! Looking goood! I love the variety of titles. It's been a while since I've read any fairy tales...I've got a couple of collections sitting in the TBR stack somewhere. Maybe I should add those to the Everest journey.

Re: Checkpoint Post--Looking good! Hope you can keep up the pace. You'll be done before the end of the year...

Re: Your Checkpoint Post--Yes! You are ahead. The Library Hurricane (see Geevee's post) must not have hit your mountain yet...

Glad to see your Checkpoint post. Those ARCs do get in the way sometimes...(and the library...and the books I just bought this past weekend that are calling my name). Good start though!

You had me giggling with you Checkpoint post! The Library Catalogue Hurricane is a biggie...it keeps knocking me off course too. :-)
