"Necessity I guess... When I was 14 or so I didn't really have anywhere to go. I ended up just wandering around in the forest until I found it. Around 16 I got my life together and got myself a job." Damian pulled back a branch and suddenly a clearing came into view. The trees hung low and and there was a blanket of moss covering everything.

"This is it." Damian breathed.
Damian smiled, "Me too. It makes everything more vivid and alive." They walked quietly, only the crunching of fruit making noise. After a few minutes they were by the edge of the forest. "The place is about five minutes into the forest. The path isn't to clear so you should hold my hand." He held his hand out and she took it, her palm soft and small. They started into the forest.
(I have an idea!)Robert ran his fingers along the heavy velvet drapes as he walked down the hall. He had had a great time the night before dancing with Amy but he hadn't seen her at all today. He hoped she wasn't ignoring him. As he got closer to the ballroom he could hear the slow music and sighed. He got to the doors and was going to open them when he decided he didn't really want to be there. He turned around and ran right into Amy. A blush quickly formed on his cheeks.
(Can someone remind me what's going on with Robert and Amy? I know that they went to the ball together, well I think they did, but I tried looking through the comments and I couldn't really find much.)
"Probably. It looks like a quick storm though and the trees in the forest shield most of the rain. Before we go we should stop somewhere to get some food. I haven't eaten in like two hours." Damian grinned sheepishly and headed towards the nearest produce shack.

Mine was that of the average 11th grader's. x)"XD EVer since I started taking the Terranova it's told me that I read at a 12+ grade level and scored higher than 97% of people my age. And yet they still wanted me to read Judy Bloom's books. Don't get me wrong her books are funny but I just got reallly bored reading them.

When I was in first grade I was obsessed with those books. I still have like 25 of them.
"Well, I don't know what the heck I did! I ran into her this morning but she hightailed out of the kitchen as soon as she saw me!" Neil smiled a little.
Damian laughed, "Thanks? I like to sleep in the forest. Nice and quiet. I mean I have my crappy little room but I usually stay in the forest... Why don't we take a walk there?"
Haha, the one time I was trying something on and there was a lady next to me trying on bathing suits (in the middle of the winter too...) and she was like, "I need a second opinion, how does this look?" and it really wasn't flattering at all it was like two sizes small so I was just like, "Uh, I think you need a different size." and then ran back into the dressing room.
(ROBIN! I never got an email for this thread. Waaaaaaa)Damian enveloped Violet in a hug. "I'm sorry. I'm so so so sorry Violet. What do you want to do? Anything you want to do." He said murmuring into Violet's hair.
"Um... Okay?" Neil shifted his feet awkwardly. "Well, one of the maids, I think her name is Lynne, ran into me yesterday and I kinda flipped on her. I was having a crappy day and she got mad at me and when I put on my pants this morning I was greeted my something extremely itchy. Not pleasant. So, yeah... I guess I should get going?"

I love that song.
It snowed like 2 inches here. That's the worst because it's enough for certain things to be cancelled, not enough for other things, and makes everything generally icky.
