Landon stopped mid-laugh. Yeah, he wanted to kiss her but he didn't think she wanted him to. Maybe he heard her wrong... Maybe she actually said Kriss Me and it was slang for something else. He opened his mouth to say something but no words came out. Crap, now she was going to think he was forming a reason to not kiss her.

The next few seconds slowed down time. Nella started to say something along the lines of sorrythiswasadumbideaomgimsoembarrassed and turn her head away as Landon leaned in to kiss her. He ended up getting a mouthful of ear and hair instead of meeting her lips. Landon's face flooded red and he quickly pulled away and stood up.

"Uh, um... Sorry about that." Landon brushed invisible dirt off his shirt to keep his hands busy, "I guess I should go then?" He looked at the ground nervously.

Nella quickly stood up and closed the distance between them. "You didn't finish the dare. You can't leave until you do the dare." She said quietly befroe reaching up and kissing him. On the lips this time!

That's awesome! Congrats LLT!!

My team won our softball game yesterday! It was against one of the best teams in the league so I'm superrrr happy!! We beat them 5-3. ANd it's funny because the coach for their team used to be my coach and I hit a homerun and she was like whattt I didn't know Frances could hit. Well, that's what the face she made looked like.

I got here after the fact and I was like wait, everyone's here?

On the way to the shed they didn't talk much, just a little small talk here and there. When they reached the shack the light was on inside. "Lulu must be here already. I thought she wasn't getting back till tomorrow. Well, c'mon in!" Jack swept the door open to reveal a small shack with a cozy interior. There were maps scattered all around and Lulu was at the back table looking back and forth over a book and a map.

Robert laughed, "I would love to see it. It's really annoying having to keep the 'regal royal' act up all the time. I can't remember the last time that I was able to just walk around town with nobody recognizing me. I wish that the castle was more cluttered and boring sometimes. Being royal isn't always as much as it's cracked up to be!"

At Amy's quizzical look Robert sighed, "I know I sound crazy to you, I mean who would want to give up the clothes and meals, and people waiting on you hand and foot but sometimes it's just hard knowing that the majority of people like you for being royal, not because you're a good person, which is why it's so cool that you aren't royal, you see how ridiculous some of them get but you still gave me a chance."

"I did not know how good you were going to be at this going in. I would've picked a different game!" Landon said jokingly. "What's my sentence this time?"

I saved this for this thread. We won our first softball game of the season! It was 30-1. It sounds really harsh and I felt bad for the pitcher because she was only throwing balls so we kept getting walked. Like, we were trying to get out but every time we'd hit a soft ground ball they'd have a bad throw and we'd be safe! But we did win!

My hand is having trouble defrosting. #SoftballProbs

"It's a lot of mapping and such... Painful work with using the PLSS." Jack grimaced, he hated lying... Of course it wasn't exactly lying just covering the truth. There was a difference!!

(PLSS = Public Land Survey System, it's used to divide states into counties and counties into sectors and then you can keep quartering those squares to get more and more precise locations.)

(I made that easy on purpose, so yeah...)

(Nope! It's before noon so I don't have any good ideas.)

"Agh!" Landon screeched in a decidedly girly scream. He clapped a hand over his mouth as Nella hopped lightly to the ground, doubling over in laughter. "You... Sound... Like a girl... When you... Scream!" She said between spurts of laughter.

Landon pouted. "I do not. Hmph. My turn. I love red punch, my favorite word is audacious, and this is the most fun I've had the whole trip."

I'm winning!!

"Uh, I'll show you when we get there. I should get going... Do you want to meet there or come with me?" Jack's voice wavered and Sara gave him a dubious look. He smiled reassuringly and she shook the thoughts in her head away.

(Jack is a secretive man. (: )

"Aha! You're so ticklish. And I'm so getting you!" Landon darted through the trees looking for Nella. It seemed like she had disappeared into thin air.

(Not saying this is an idea or anything but what if she did, ya know, disappear. Like magic? Sorry, I'm being weird.)

Anyone read Anna and the French Kiss? Describes my life right there. Um, I haven't done anything interesting. So I lose at winning!

"That's... brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. The villiage near here? I'd love to see your house sometime." Robert was grinning wildly.

"Seriously?" Amy looked nauseated, she started to say how she knew Robert would be disappointed but he stopped her. "That is so freaking cool! I would never have the courage to do that! But, but I have so many questions! How did you get your dresses, and how did you get IN to the palace, and where are you actually from, and whoa. I want to hear the whole story!" Robert rambled as Amy slowly removed the pillow from her face to display a look of shock.

"Um..." Jack paused. Should he tell her what he found out? He decided against it, for now it'd be his little secret. Realizing he had been quiet for too long he replied, "Oh, uh, I'd rather go after the fairy trouble. Lulu might be able to help us with that and if we don't look into it it could become a big problem. Why don't you come to the shed when you get done here and then I'll show the job Lulu has me working on and we can talk. Sound good?" He finished, hoping he didn't sound as uneasy as he felt.
