"That they are," he agreed. Destrey looked around the room, looking at all the different assortments of people.

Destrey chuckled, "I noticed," he said with a nod.

Destrey smiled slightly before talking, "I'll have the coconut pancakes," he said.
The waitress scribbled down on a price of paper before turning her gaze onto Krissy, "And you?"

"Oh no, I'm not mad!" he said reassuringly. Destrey was about to say something else when the waitress came back. "I can take your orders," she said while eyeing their hands. She was confused, since she knew Destrey wasn't gay.

"Oh...yeah, of course," Destrey said before getting quite. He had really been trying not to think about that.

"Come on, you gotta be hungrey," Destrey said.

Destrey smiled as he looked over the menu, "What are you getting Krissy?"

"Tell me if you change your mind," she said before flouncing away.
"She always seems way to happy to me," Destrey said with a chuckle.

"Do you know what you'd like to drink?" the waitress asked.
"I'll just have water," Destrey said while looking through the menu.
"And you?" she asked Krissy.

The waitress bounced up to Destrey with a smile, "Hey Des, table for two?" she asked with fluttering eyes. "Yup," he said with a nod. The waitress walked them to a booth in the corner, "Thanks," Destrey said before sliding in.

Destrey chuckled, "Come on."

Destrey sighed when he couldn't find anything. He went back to the room Krissy was still at and popped his head in. "Hey, I'm going to Taki's, wanna come with me?"

Destrey rummaged through the fridge for something to eat.

Destrey looked at her, "I know. I just felt like he needed to be welcomed soon," he said with a shrug. "By the way, you'd be more comfortable in your bed," he said to Rose before walking out of the room and to the kitchen.

"Yes, I do," he said seriously.

"Rose, we need to welcome him," he whispered softly.

"I want you to meet Kristopher. He's the new guy," he said while backing up a bit.

Destrey walked towards the living room, he had a feeling she would be in here. When he saw her he let go of Krissy's hand and walked to her side, "Rose," he said softly while shaking her shoulder.
