Well there are many types of relationships. Some are romantic without being sexual, some are sexual without being romantic... I have no idea what Aerdin's deal is, I'm still working that out. One thing's for certain, their culture and society isn't as anal retentive as Western culture is, not by a fair stretch.

Are we looking at a MMM here which feels more balanced?"
Hello, Gwen! So pleased to hear you enjoyed Piaffe. The second book will definitely travel more into the realm of MMM, but to what degree of relationship, I haven't yet determined. I'm aiming for book 2's publication within 18 months, although it's possible it may be closer to 24 months.

I've every intention of returning to it and following it to its conclusion. I'd gotten clogged up with deciding how to develop it, though, right around the time of Paul's death. I think I've been waiting to see what they do with it, a kind of closure, before I return to it. These two have given me so much over the years, my investment goes a bit deeper than one might expect. My original OTP, on screen and off.
(Apologies for taking so long to respond!)

I'm not terribly adept at writing fluff, so I doubt I'm going to deviate from the inevitable death of Brian O'Conner's character as a result of Paul Walker's passing. I always have so much more fun playing in the dark anyway... but this cuts a little closer to the bone than I usually go.
Thankfully it's still off in the distance a ways. Time to see what Universal, and Vin and the rest of the F&F franchise actors, writers, and directors, decide.

Chapters 13 & 14 of 'Where I Want To Be' and I expect there will be another chapter update next weekend as well. Because F&F6 comes out December 10th, and I might be a little inspired by the prospect of new Dom/Brian slash videos. I have a lot of catching up to do to get through FF4 & 5 first.... Which could be good and bad, depending on your perspective.

The contest works like this: there are three questions listed below. To enter, send an email with your name and your three answers to rhianon.etzweiler@gmail.com. These questions have been specifically drafted so that the answers cannot be found in the available excerpt; you’ll have to purchase and read the book to find them! Your submitted answers must be correct in order to qualify as an entry into the drawing. You may send a replacement entry if you like (in the event that you think you might’ve sent an incorrect answer) but each individual can only be entered into the drawing once. All entries must be received before Sunday, February 24th, 11:59pm EST. Entries received after that time will not qualify. One winner will be selected at random from qualifying entries and announced on Monday, February 25th at Haus of Rhi (rhianonetzweiler.blogspot.com). If winner does not respond within 48 hours with a valid postal address, an alternate winner will be drawn from qualifying entries. This contest is open to US residents only, for shipping purposes.
Question 1: What are the names of the three humans on the C-C team?
Question 2: To what does Sierra-India refer?
Question 3: What substance are the scientists after?

Talking about wielding weapons over at Frisk Biskit today too. And that's not as straightforward a subject as you might think. [Link]

@Emanuela No, it's not "a short" but I find that if I don't have the story space to create a rich character and relational development arc, it feels "short" to me. The WIP I'm flailing through finishing is going to blast through 100k without straining itself, and yet it *still* feels short. ...So, yeah.
