Jasper Rakete, Jenna Hamilton, Phelia Lamar, Marko, Rafael Sousa, and more are main characters. It follows two warring gangs (the Skins and the Devil's Crew), with the Kings MC coming along for the ride. Jenna Hamilton is an undercover cop tasked with taking down the Devil's Crew drug ring.
All questions about this series is welcome. In addition, the Kings MC also feature in the Hungover series.

So, ignore the notice that will be in Barcode's Episode 2 about Hungover being put on hold. I can't change that notice since it's too close to Ep2's publication date, but I'll pop in the update for Episode 3 along with a sample/teaser.

Episodes 1-5 (Rita's) : I WILL BRING THEM TO THEIR KNEES
Episodes 6-10 (Jagger's): I'M A SLAVE TO EVERYONE'S DESIRES
Episodes 11-15 (Frano's): I WILL RUIN HER FOR ALL MEN

Cover It! Designs will be creating the series' covers.

Thanks, Harlen, and sorry, I can't tell you who the third woman is, unfortunately you'll have to wait until the following books come out. Nothing is decided yet, though the girl who got her faced carved up by Mack will be coming into the stories. Whether she is the third woman, I can't tell you, because even I don't know! I won't find out until I write the book. Either way, I have no idea who Dante ends up with, because I didn't even plan on that ending for Behind the Lens, it just happened.

In the next book, Behind the Secrets, you will discover why he has turned out the way he is, something I originally wrote about in Graffiti Heaven, but took it out. Though, I've kept it at the back of my mind, and Behind the Secrets is the right time to reveal it, along with his other secrets.
Chaz didn't die for a reason.

First topic: Kara versus Beth. Who do you favour?
Or even Jade versus Beth versus Kara :)
Who do you think should end up with Dante? Or do you think none of them are suited to him.

I won't say a word, other than the book is now available on Amazon. I'll leave it as a surprise.

Anyway, here's a link to a song that I played over and over again while writing Behind the Lens:

Who will it be?
Dante
Beth
Kara
Sledge
Corey
1) Choose who you think the players will be,
...and...
2) who you want the players to be.

(Dante about to teach Josie, Beth's cousin, a lesson in the pot calling the kettle black):
He glared at her, wishing he could teach the little bitch a lesson. An idea formed in his head, changing his glare into a grin.
“What are you smiling at?” she asked.
“You.”
She crossed her arms over her chest. “Why?”
“I wuz thinking you might be right.”
Her brows pulled together. “’Bout what?”
“Everything,” he said, brushing his fingers up her arm.
She flinched, but didn't move away, the reaction more likely from surprise than fright. Smiling, he turned and sauntered into the lounge, sitting down on the cane couch. He draped his arms across the back, amused as Josie followed him into the room, her cheeks so red he could fry sperm off them.
“What do you mean by everything?” she asked, looking like she wasn’t sure he’d come onto her. “And I told you to leave.”
Keeping his mouth zipped, he lowered a hand to his pants, hoping that Josie was thinking about unzipping something else. Her flush spread down her neck, which reminded him of Corey. She smoothed a hand over her top as he continued to eye her up. He thought she must be cold, because goose-bumps ran up her arms and legs, but maybe he was causing them. Yeah, he definitely was, because the bitch wasn't cold, she was in heat.
(The rest won't be put in as you'll read in the book how Dante gets payback).

The "Beat" has more than one meaning (as planned). Yes, it refers to a physical beating in regards to what Jenna unleashes, but it also relates to a musical beat for Dante. Plus, everyone is trying to beat something or someone in this book, whether it's an injury, a competitor, etc.
For example, Kara and Beth are still trying to beat each other to get Dante, while Sledge is trying to beat an injury.

Intrigued to meet Saul!
Uh-oh....Tyler accidentally puts Corey in a bad situation? I'm dying to know what kind of situation..."
Saul was briefly in Behind the Hood. He warned Nike about Craven's wife and then told Talia off for coming onto Nike. He plays more of a role in this book.

Naf: Has gone AWOL. He isn't in this book at all, apart from the smell he left behind. The reason he's missing is that he's devastated over what happened with Aroha and has taken off. When he returns he will be a totally different person, this life change affecting him in a similar way to how the cancer affected Corey. Corey may have a physical cancer, but Naf has an emotional one. Expect his story-line (in future books) to be pointed in Juliet's direction.
Juliet: She doesn't have much of a role in this book, maybe a few scenes. I said Nike has a few scenes, but looking back he definitely has way more than Juliet. Juliet is more in the background here, from memory she is in the scene where Sledge and her are told they're adopted, a scene with Corey, and one where they are taken somewhere, and a couple small bits afterwards.
Craven: Although Ant takes on the majority of the villain's role, Craven still shows how nasty he is, or in fact, he doesn't really care, just wants money. Ant's vindictive, Craven's greedy.
Saul: Craven's right-hand man, and someone who will surprise you, one of the major twist characters. He is a complex character and is in quite a few scenes.
Mack: A sadistic thug who works for Craven and Ant.
Tyler: Poor Tyler really needs a loving man. He unintentionally puts Corey in a very bad situation, then walks in on it the next day and tries to help Corey, but ends up taking the brunt of the consequences. I want him to be happy because he has a sweet nature and doesn't deserve all the things that come his way.
Hunter: Hunter Rata from Graffiti Heaven is back. If you guys haven't read Graffiti Heaven yet, the prequel to Behind the Tears set ten years prior, I will give you a background on this man. He is Sledge and Juliet's real father, but only considers Ash as his son, even though Ash is in fact his cousin. But the close relationship he has with Ash means those two act like father and son. There is one scene with Hunter in the psyche unit with Ash and Dante, and another one later with Sledge, who is very angry to find out Hunter is his father.
