I will give book 3 a go when it pops out of my book jar, but if it is another painful one, I am going to google how it ends..lol."

Lol hope you don't end up googling it

51477 Another one crossed off with Paper Princess (The Royals, #1) by Erin Watt for a book about setting me free. Yes, it has many flaws and is clichéd but this genre really lets me loose, so to speak. It's not always meant to be so series and real.

51477 Okay, who has finished this? I just read it practically in one sitting and I have to say, that it captivated me from beginning to end, even though it was utterly ridiculous, clichéd and had me rolling my eyes a lot lol. I bloody enjoyed it. Am I the only one?! I mean, this genre i.e. new adult, really sets me free of sorts. Books don't always have to say the right things or showcase why in real life you would not do what most of these characters would. I guess that's why it's called fiction and reading is escaping reality.
Here is my review for a somewhat clearer description of my reactions...Paper Princess Review

I couldn't even get into Shiver and I tried a couple of times but it was just not for me...you are braver than me, that's for sure.

I found it too painful to keep reading Uprooted. If a book doesn't get me in at least the first 30% then I give up. There are just too many books to get through that I desperately want to read.

I'm glad Lady Midnight did that for you :D

51477 The next book I picked out is Lady Midnight (The Dark Artifices, #1) by Cassandra Clare and I was really hoping to read this one soon, since the next book comes out in May ... woohoo!! My brother would be happy because he really needs to discuss the book with me, as he has read it already.
