5048 I liked this book. It is a bit anticlimatic but it is only the 1st in the Vampire Huntress series. I liked the new spin on The Vampire genere. If you are into Vampire books and this to your list.

5048 A time to kill? I use to read his books all the time but then just stopped. Recently I read Innoncent Man -nonfiction and then the Broker. I enjoyed both.

5048 I really enjoyed it. I liked the idea of the Wicked Witch of the West being misunderstood.

5048 During the 1893 World's Fair in Chicago, Herman Webster Mudgett killed 27 people while they stayed at his hotel. Larson recreates the atmosphere of the fair and the murders in great detail. Not for the weak of heart.

5048 Azar Nafisi tells her story of teaching women in her home about western books while living in Tehran Iran. This is a great story of the power of books and the hidden strengths of women. Nafisi's approach to telling the stories of the women in her class through the books they were studying was unigue and refreashing.

5048 I just finished this book and thought it was interesting. It also reenforced my belief in cremation.

5048 I love anything with killer sharks in it, especially bad movies. I was delited when I was given this book about what would happen if the ancestor to the Great White Shark, Carcharodon Megalodon (Meg), was alive and well.

5048 Has there been another book that has slithered into our culture so well. Like its title character this is a book that never dies and is constantly being reinvented by authors and Hollywood.

5048 A supervisor introduced me to the Disc World series by Terry Prachett. Although I am not a big fantasy fan this series always has my smiling. Of course how anyone could read about a flat world that sits on the back of 4 giant elephants who are standing on the back of a giant space turtle as the turtle swims through space and not laugh is beyond me.
