I fell totally in love with the cover the moment I saw it. Anne Cain is a genius.
Amy wrote: "*waves* I lOVE steampunk.. Ginn Hale got me totally hooked--I'm SO looking forward to seeing what you do with it!"Thanks, Amy. Writing it was a perfect case of riding the dragon. It grabbed hold of me and didn't let go. Hopefully that shows in the writing.

Squee!!!
Overdrive is up on Dreamspinner's Coming Soon page.
Damon wrote: "I'm working on a Steampunk myself rightn ow... so I'm curious to see where you take it! ;)"I love discussing different people's takes on things, so once it comes out and you've had a chance to read it, let me know what you think and we can discuss it as much as you want. I made a new folder for threads related to my books for just that kind of conversation.

So, the little ad on the side is about a clean western romance, how did clean sneak in?"I have no idea how the ads work on Goodreads. I'm still trying to figure it out myself, but so far I'm liking it. I guess we'll all figure it out together!

What did you like, what would you like to see more of? Something you wished I'd explained better? Here's the place to ask me about it.

The secret is practice. That sounds odd, I know, but I started using Write or Die a couple of years ago. It makes nasty noises at you if you stop typing for longer than a certain amount of time (like 30 seconds or something). You learn to write now and edit later. I don't claim to be a perfect writer. I do plenty of editing later, but I've found that I don't have to do as much as I used to, just because I've learned how to do it right the first time. And if nothing else, the nagging noise keeps me from getting distracted.
Andrea wrote: "Throw me down for this one. I haven't read a lot of steampunk, but I'm always open to new things."You're in the drawing! I haven't read a lot of steampunk either so this might not be at all what adepts of the genre expect, but it's the story I had to tell.
Andrea wrote: "I want to know how you find the time to do all that you do. I am in awe!"This is my job. I ditched the evil day job back in May to write and work for Dreamspinner full time. That, any I have always been a very fast writer. If I know where a scene is going, I can knock out 1200 words in half an hour easily, and if I'm on a roll, I can do that for several hours at a time.

This one is easy! All you have to do to enter is join the group. Feel free to share as well! The more the merrier!

Do you have a burning question for me? Something you've always wanted to know? Ask it here and I'll do my best to answer.
