Finally back to some books that I have had for a while.
Leviathan and
Behemoth.

Finished
Whitechapel Gods. I meant to delete this update, but instead deleted my list, which I am ok with because I really am not in a hurry to read the books I had listed so I will take stock of what I have and try again. Reading
Killing Rommel.

Hey everyone,
I thought it would be cool to have a challenge within our group. It is simple really all you have to do is post a list of twelve books you are going to read in 2012 and update us on your status within the thread. The books have to be all books that you currently own as of 12/30/11. Good luck and happy reading.

Finished off the Shaman Warrior manwha series 5-9. It was really good. I wished there was more.
Shadow KingManga: Claymore volumes 1-3
Shaman Warrior volumes 1-4

Finished
The Warrior Heir. I enjoyed it and will at a later date get the rest of the trilogy.

Most new books (prin..."Thanks, Steve. We have a wonderful library, but things like the processing of the aforementioned book and other crazy things always tend to happen. Also our library seems to have almost too many people working that they stand around talking and don't wait on patrons. I wish it was run better. If you feel like moving to PA anytime soon, I'll put a good word in for you at our library. :)
Steve wrote: "I work in a Library. Does that count? :-)"Then you can be our inside source. How long does it really take to process a book. At our library it is on the card catalog, but is in processing for at least a month.

I find myself using the library in town for the sole purpose of borrowing books on tape/cd. I only do this too in the summer when I am working on projects and want to listen to something other than music. We have a great library, but I find I can never finish a book in the two week window I have the book out for. Having said that I did take a book out this summer from our school library, but I don't have to return it until school starts up again. How about you guys?

Starting
Godslayer. I've owned this book for at least 3 years. I read the first book in the series and was not very impressed. Total Tolkien rip off. Recently though I have found myself thinking about the main character on the villains side and thought I should just finish the series.

Finished
The Sorcerer of the North. Taking a break from the quest to finish up old books. Bought an old series by Troy Denning from the Dark Sun setting for Dungeons and Dragons. The books were a great deal trade paperbacks for $5 or less each.

Read
Color Bleach+: The Bleach Official Bootleg. Nothing to be overly excited about.

Finished up
The Halfling's Gem. Really good. Wererats, Artemis Entreri and Drizzt, what more do you need?
Streams of Silver second book in
The Icewind Dale Trilogy. Really enjoying the series. I am bit sad I hadn't read it sooner.

My next step in conquering my log jam of books is
The Crystal Shard. I have had this one for a really long time as well. I think part of why I haven't read it before now is that I was familiar with the story and I read The Silent Blade and The Spine of the World and wasn't sure if I really wanted to work backwards. But after reading In Hollow Houses I decided I wanted some old school fantasy.
Finished The Crystal Shard today 04/05/11. I really liked it.
