I wish I could... but it is lost in the mists of time... rofl...I will keep notes on my next project so i can answer these questions...
HUGS X

Chris"
Hi Chris... I so want to write a really wicked swashbuckler... a la Robin Hood, or King Arthur, taking my influence from the old 40's hollywood films... all glamour and action!

Did you ever create a character who superseded your expectations and became more than you thought he/she would be?
Ben, the cop from Throwaway - he was going to be a supporting character who figured prominently (if that makes sense!) but he ended up much more equal to Zach. I am so proud of Ben...
Have you ever created a character that you wish now you could go back and rename
Gah, naming my characters takes me so long! I haven't wanted to change any names yet... give it time!
Have you ever renamed a character during a WIP only to find that it completely changed their personality?
No, but often I change the personality as i write and so the name has to change...I will make sure to take a note the next time it happens...
Thanks so much Sarah, sorry i missed you asking this!
Hugs RJ..
And good luck with the WIP...x

You realise this is a whole new book... with comic overtones? and it is all your fault...

I am sitting here with a smile on my face at the delicious thoughts...

Do you know what Dane... I am seriously inspired here... adds to list... MC is a soap actor... OC is a soap writer... OMG... writes notes....

I dare you to finish that sentence... rofl... and hey guess who just turned in Darach??? HEE HEE

I dont write for me (alhough if i didnt write i may just curl up and die) i write for readers, that is why i worry so much, i know that, you know that... rofl

My hubby is a COMPLETE child about that number and any other sexual innuendo... Gotta love him and his smirking face!

Bah, yeah i understand :) But still you Rock!! xx
I cant wait to get Kian, I love PNR :)"
PNR? Paranormal Romance? God i am such a youngling at this... rofl

Rj, I love when you write back to us, it is awesome to know that as an reader(me) the Author..."
That is a lovely thing to say. GR frown on commenting on reviews, i can see why, hence the Q&A page here... I love talking to you all...
Don didnt like Kian, but Dane loved it... so will be interested to see where you come down on it... Darach (book 2) is here on my laptop and I am finishing it today... xxxx

Well, you see D, the aliens come down, and do actually make one of the characters a super human... that is on page 73. 75 has an exorcism, but you have to wait until page 99 for the evil triplets (who are really just misunderstood) to arrive.
Clearly the random and out of the blue sex starts on page 69, and just NEVER goes away... nods...
And yes hun, I am very glad I have you... rofl... x

Oh my, hostage situations I prefer not, because it make me anxiety ^^ but if we're talking about a bodyguard then some action it's a must, even a car chas..."
I can do a shower scene.. hee hee.. i have the rest kind of covered... hugs xxx

Oh no, i missed this one... sorry Simasala...It's 160 ish pages I think. In length it is the same sort of length as Throwaway... so not a huge one like Texas...xxxxx

i must admit, i do have some notes... *shy*

What if TCT2 doesn't become my Empire Strikes Back? What if it becomes my Highlander II and I fail everyone???

I am really lucky, I work from home and I work with computers. For example getting my head around setting up this Q&A took about a minute and then a couple more in setting it up, I find things like this easy to set up, not so easy to keep updating...!
I used to interact with my readers when they commented, but GR rules discourage this so I can't do that anymore...so this was a really good alternative.
I have this and FB open on my computer in the background when I am working, so when something is said (as long as it is said when I am awake!) then I can answer quickly.
That brings me to another point... I am self employed... rofl... so no one forbids me from having FB open on my laptop!
I do find sometimes that the social side of the writing means I am not actually writing... still I seem to manage somehow... My business is suffering for it though, I know that is a fact, but I am cutting down on the web design to focus on the writing so that isn't a bad thing...
What are your thoughts on getting the balance between writing and marketing yourself?
