37069 I'm trying to read lots of short stories. I love the format and until recently have not read that many. I've been scouring the internet creating my own short story collections to read on my kindle.

37069 I started a list of books beginning with X. I was having to wade through all the X-Men and X-Files titles, so I thought I would share some of my results. If you know of more, please add them :)

37069 I think either way would be fine. I like to do it for the calendar year, just makes more sense for me. If you fill in with books you've read so far this year, it would be interesting to see how close you've come without trying, and then reset for 2011.

37069 I realized that this folder wasn't showing up on the page, so here's a thread to let it pop up :)

Use this folder for any other challenges you are keeping track of. I look forward to seeing more fun and creative challenge ideas! If there's a challenge that has a lot of interest I can add a separate folder for it.

I stumbled across this site and and I love it - there is such a wide range of short stories.

37069 There is actually a folder for other personal challenges, but since there are no posts in it yet it doesn't show up on the page.

I was thinking that we'd each create our own threads under each challenge - do you see any problems doing it that way?

37069 YAY! Hi Becky and Kathy!

I didn't realize you worked in a bookstore, Kathy...I'd love that job, but most of my paycheck would probably be put right back in the register :)
