Me too!

I enjoyed planning for the Roulette Sub-Challenge we did a while back.

The challenges that push me past American & British writers has broadened my reading.

Reading books in a set order is unnecessarily difficult for me as most of my books I get from the library --

36119 I'm looking to use The Blue-Eyed Aborigine by Rosemary Hayes for
2 Author born 1914-18 OR 1939-45

wikipedia shows Rosemary Hayes' birthday as
Rosemary Hayes (born December 10, 1942)

One of the main page genres is "Young Adult'; however, there is no Lexile score for this novel.

BPL is
Location: Dekalb YA Fic
Call #: FIC HAYES
Here's the link: BPL The Blue Eyed Aborigine

I'm a couple of chapters into the novel right now, and there is some rather graphic violent content -- I wouldn't put it as YA, but then, I'm not a librarian.

My question: can I use this book for CYOA B2?

Thanks

36119 I'm trying to find a book for this task. I'll have to look at steampunk, see if any of those fit.

Some ideas related to 19th century computers:
For Non-fiction:
The Difference Engine : Charles Babbage And The Quest To Build The First Computer by Doron Swade
For Graphic Novels:
The Thrilling Adventures of Lovelace and Babbage by Sydney Padua
For Fiction:
The Difference Engine by William Gibson -- normally called "cyberpunk" rather than "steampunk"
The Goodreads description: 1855: The Industrial Revolution is in full and inexorable swing, powered by steam-driven cybernetic Engines
