Hi there! I've been lurking for a week or so, perusing the tasks and making some plans, and I'm excited to join in! Now that it's March, I thought I'd introduce myself.

I also, believe it or not, live in Portland, Oregon. I work for a small non-profit, doing development and communications, and when I'm not at work or reading, I'm hiking, backpacking, or climbing. About 70% of my reading is fiction (classics and contemporary lit), but I also enjoy biographies, history, social science, and books of essays.
