Latest news today is they don’t know how long it will take, but at least 10 days. The water is ok for washing from midday but needs boiling before drinking or cooking with it. I’m hoping for normally functioning water as a Christmas present.

That’s a fantastic bookcase!

I’m struggling a bit this week - our water has been out since Saturday (affecting a town of 24,000 people). Everything is just that little bit harder and the kids school has had to shut. Reading is happening v slowly.

I’ll join in too. Will be reading slower than you all though.

I’ve got 2 books left it turns out because I got the children’s book word count wrong. Can definitely do one U, maybe 2.

I can read another U book, but that will take me to my cap and the series I've got isn't working well for the minis atm.

I’m off on a bicycle trip now. Hopefully it’ll fit for a letter or it might hang in the ether for a few days just short of finished.

Are the mods getting too predictable for you?

I've found a series called Unbreakable which I'm going to work my way through which should give us 3 Us if I keep going. The first is Heartbreaker.

My go to for time travel books is always St Mary’s by Jodi Taylor. For this challenge it helps that the narrator is Zara Ramm.

Cut and Run (Ty and Zane). Have read the Sidewinder side stories as well.

I’ve got too many series which end up like this… 1 day I might finish a few more of them

and completed means that I've hit the mark I set at the start of the year. And as a bonus I've finished a series that I've been reading for at least 10 years (sorry it's taken so long Steven and Sonia)

We got home on Friday and have had a chilled weekend, so have finished 2 books this round! It means I've actually finished a series that I've been reading for 10 years as well (Steven and Sonia would be proud of me!).
