STATUS UPDATE

AMAZING JOB GUYS!!! We just need to complete both I's in order to finish off our first spell-it-out!!!! That is, we need an I AND another I!

We're already at 90 pts!!! I am loving our progress this week. I feel good and confident that we are on our GAME! Get 'er done!

Oh and you better believe I would have burned that house to the ground if my hypothetical husband waked my ass up early to make him coffee. RAGE. BLACKOUT.

I MET GLORIA STEINEM ON THE DANCE FLOOR TONIGHT WHILE LISTENING TO PITBULL AND STARTED CRYING IN HER ARMS.

I went to a gala for Figure-Skating in Harlem and she was a speaker. She is extraordinary and her energy is so incredibly powerful. I genuinely started crying while she had her arm around me. There's a picture of us with me all smiles and then a picture taken 5 seconds later with me in tears hahaha

That made me laugh as well :) All of my coworkers know about this challenge and think I'm ridiculous. I tried to liken it to Fantasy Football...it still didn't really register.

This is our WEEK 4 guys which means we are officially halfway through Wheel-A-Thon!!! Not gonna lie, I'm kinda bummed it's going so fast. What am I going to do when I don't have spreadsheets to update as soon as I wake up in the morning?! It's my favorite part of the day!!!

Love iiiiiiit! I just started The Hours and TOTALLY see myself reading through the night.

Tonya, how are you liking Atonement so far? I maaaaay have gotten 13 pages in and shoved it aside because I truly couldn't stand the main character.

Kimberly, I've been strongly considering going the audiobook route for a little while. I do a lot of commission needlework for my customers and it's been very difficult for me to juggle embroidery and reading, as you can't do both at the same time. What is your favorite audiobook source? Are you an Audible gal? I'm trying to find some that are more reasonably priced!

Ditto. I honestly don't know where this week has gone. I feel like I haven't slept since last Friday. I think I'm running on sheer adrenaline and caffeine.

As far as the spreadsheet goes, it is completely up to date thus far. And I have already checked in on the captains page that all members books have been checked in and verified so don't worry about that.

2. Savannah, THANK YOU! I didn't want to assume that you'd be able to update the spreadsheet tonight since it's your bday and I didnt know if you'd be making a day/night of it. But thank you for being able to take that on for the next few hrs!

Cold City is already on the sheet. As for Dog Days you have to do a word count. It has to be at least 40,000 words. There is a website for it. Give me a minute to see if I can find it.
