CassieV wrote: "Do you think a mermalion would connect with a fantasy genre? I'm looking at The Perilous Gard, where the MC seems to visit the fairies..."They're part of the mythical teams so it could work. I think we can read a book that they have so look through their spreadsheet:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...
We have a lot of title contains. Right now we have options for the and in. But we need call, dead, on and state. So start searching for those!
Laura said she is out tonight, but gave us the goahead to try complete the card for the STAMP pattern. So we can ignore the middle lines (3 & N)

A man sleeps with a woman only to discover that she has attempted to steal his million dollar bottle of bourbon. She played him from the start just to get the bottle, he didn't have a clue,, plus the bottle is not only expensive but very coveted because it is the last known and oldest bottle from this particular distillery. " This looks interesting. Added to the to-read list
I could read On the Edge for 2009. I can't get to it before tomorrow so feel free for someone else to take it.
It looks like the only two we need to complete the pattern are a book with death in the title and 2009 read.

Or when you build snowmen, it's because of a lot of snow. What happens when you get a lot of snow? The roads are salted so people don't go skidding off.
Laura wrote: "Natalie wrote: "The girl in O4 is listed as Valkyrie if anyone was curious. I have Valkyrie Rising if we don't have anything in the bank/that would work."It also looks like anime ..."
I wish sometime they would give just a small exception for manga...
Although, Air Awakens was partially inspired by the author playing a Zelda game (http://elisekova.com/the-reverse-qwk-...) and one of the games has a character who looks like the image:
The girl in O4 is listed as Valkyrie if anyone was curious. I have Valkyrie Rising if we don't have anything in the bank/that would work.
CassieV wrote: "Think Timeless is too far from time? They're pretty strict on the words in titles..."I think it needs to be on its own/plural. Also if we're doing the stamp pattern we don't need that spot.
Though you seem to have a knack for finding power spots :)
Here's where some of my banked books work:R - Alexander Hamilton by Ron Chernow (unless we want to save for nonfiction);
Police Badge - The 6th Target - one of MCs is police
Puzzle - book titled Unlocked, you unlock the secret of a puzzle?
1st in series - Air Awakens and Behind the Throne
