Maybe we shouldn't have been complaining about no monsters. I can read Hidden Figures: The American Dream and the Untold Story of the Black Women Mathematicians Who Helped Win the Space Race for <500 ratings
Starship Troopers should have a ton of references. I read it recently so I can't do it.Edit: Quick check. 66 just for bugs.

editFor some reason I was doing calculations for 2,000..never mind. I think this one is too much for us.
I think the monster is too strong for us unfortunately. Can't we get more zombies :P
This one is a bit more difficult. Our hero has 32 health:Round 1:
Monster - 15 = 35
Hero - 15 = 17
Round 2:
Monster - 15 = 20
Hero - 15 = 2
Round 3:
Monster - 15 = 5
Hero = dead
So either we need health potions, or we need to level up in the meantime. And since we just gained a level, we need 26 more experience points.
I think the reward is good, but we should level up the weapon a bit more and either wait until we are close to leveling up (then attack, level up to regain health, and then finish attacking) or get a health potion.
Regardless, I have to head to bed so do what you think is best.

and leveled up. Should I take out this one too? We'd take 3 damage.

I should finish up Six of Crows today. Cassie I actually read it last year, but I picked it on on audio because I saw they had multiple narrators and to remind myself what happened before I read Crooked Kingdom (which I have out from the library).
I'll say I am not a fan of the narrators. I thought they would do more of a full-cast with so many narrators. Unfortunately each narrator just does their person's chapter, including all the voices. I understand piecing different dialogue from multiple people is a pain, but if you're going to use seven narrators and having seven different people voicing each character, it seems to be a waste.
Also there's only been five narrators so far so I don't know when the other two are coming in, or if they already did and I didn't notice. I was only sure there were two different male narrators until I double checked.
And one of the female narrators is the one from Smoke and Bone and she cannot do a man's voice to save her life.
I believe it's just that the series number has to be one higher than the number in the title. Other examples:Zeroes
Zero at the Bone
Zero Day

I found all five in Fudge Cupcake Murder. I'll plan on reading that and Wishing Stars: Space Opera Fairytales today. I am also listening to Six of Crows but probably won't finish until tomorrow.
You guys were busy while I was reading. Laura it looks like you are getting the hang of attacking :)
I finished Summerlong and will start on A Long Long Sleep.
I think we should do the relay, though I'm also confused by the overlap. Short standalones I have are:
Wishing Stars: Space Opera Fairytales
The 19 Dragons
Sounds good, especially since discard isn't working.I can also read A Long, Long Sleep for adaptable. MC awakens from long sleep into a new world she has to adapt to. Will still look for non series options for acceptability unless someone else want to take it.
