Anyone reading anything from Wilbur Smith? A lot of his books have setting in South Africa.

Ok, a new goal before I'm off to bed:
a book which has the main location (setting) in South Africa

Next goal: read a book by an author who was born in Europe

I see that Delta's The Angel Court Affair by Anne Perry can work, since she is born in Blackheath, London, England, so I'll just place that one there.

Finished Princess: A True Story of Life Behind the Veil in Saudi Arabia, first published in 1992, so yet another goal acchieved=)
A really strong book, makes you smile sometimes, but mostly you want to punch something because of how unfair things can be.

New goal: Read a book that is book 3 in a series

wow, I checked the page this morning and nothing had happened, but now we've done so much! Cool=)
Hopefully I will finish a book today that takes care of the goal first published between 1951 and 1999.

Anita, I think you can focuse on the books you are already reading, between Kate and me I'm sure we got that goal covered=)

Caught in the Spotlight by Jules Bennett is finished and fits the goal with author on B, so I'm replacing Inferno with this one (still reading Inferno, but this one was easier to finish sooner).

I've started reading Inferno by Dan Brown, which suits the goal with author first or last name on B, but it is app.500 pages so if anyone finish a book that works before me, just let me know and we'll use that one in stead=)

Kate, I think your book is as good as any on that goal and we have 12 more days in round 1, so no worries if you can't finish before the weekend=)

Nidhi, you can switch between pages on the bottom of the spreadsheet, it says "master", "books" and "goals". There you can see the books the others are reading and the goals we have.
Only the captains are allowed to edit the sheet, it has to be "read only" for everyone else..

I just finished One Night, Two Heirs, it has a ratig of 3.53. Should we use that one so we can get a new goal immediatly?

Alyssa, I think I have fixed it so the whole sentence show on the spreadsheet now=)
