I just added the Mini Challenge list on one of my reserved posts on the first page of this thread. I crossed out the ones people have claimed so far so that it's easier to reference.

I also added a new Mini Challenge box on the planner. Please keep Other Categories for alternate letters and bonus tasks.

One more quick announcement. For next week's word, our last and final word, the mods have decided to switch things up a bit. They are spinning the wheel for us three times, and we are allowed to pick one word. The three words we spun are :

FRUITCAKE
COOKIES
TINSEL

We must choose one word by the deadline or else the mods will pick for us.

What does everyone think our last word should be?

I personally would like to do cookies. It's short, we can read the BOM, and it would be easier for the bonus tasks. But I'd like to decide as a team and appreciate everyone's input :)

I didn't get picked for writing DQs for the BOM . I will read and participate. Anyone else in?

Leslie, are you definitely reading Mistletoe Cottage? If not, we will have to figure something else out..

Hi team! We've just arrived in Gran Canaria, Spain. We are doing the detour of reading a book where the ISBN10 number has exactly 6 even numbers. Alexandra and CiCi, you ladies have until at least next Tuesday December 4th :)

Great job Zombie Band!! We are currently in 3rd place!! We are trailing 2nd place by 640 points and 1st place by a little under 1000 points. Try to read BOM for those big bonuses.

I noticed we don't have anyone signed up for week 5 word on the cover or word on the text. Any volunteers? If none, I can drop one of my books (trying not to because I need them for a different challenge).
