35559 Thanks everyone!! I knew you guys would be awesome at strategizing (not my strong suit I must admit). I will search out those quests that I haven't done yet.

35559 Ok professional questers....I have a question to throw out there for some advice.

I need to up my experience level so I can increase my max HP. I know some people have calculated each quest for amount of books / exp points to determine which are the most fruitful.

I see that New Gang in Town will give me 16 EXP for reading 9 books which is pretty good. I'm also working on the Leprechaun quests because those give some nice exp.

What are the quests that get you the most exp for your books?

Thanks! :)

35559 I'm a little confused about "a confusing book".

When I click on it, it doesn't take me to a specific list just the search result for exciting. Is there a specific listopia we need to use? Or just determine a book that's exciting?

35559 I'd like to deposit 6 LCs for completing "Green is for Leprechaun".

35559 I just read The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho for a gold cover. It's really short and good and the audiobook narration is great.

35559 Due or Die (Library Lover's Mystery, #2) by Jenn McKinlay - love this series so much and there's is an incredibly adorably black fluffy puppy named Heathcliff

Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss another childhood favorite and features an animal

Bunnicula by James Howe - a "child" story but it is laugh out loud and involved the family pets
35559 The Tea Rose - amazing plot and really lovable characters. I was obsessed with this series

The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society - I absolutely loved these characters and wished I could visit them and be part of their society. The idea of someone finding a letter in a book and tracking that person down was so sweet

Bel Canto - stunningly beautiful writing. sad but one of my favorite books ever

The Enchantments - just finished this and it is DARK and HAUNTING but I loved it and the writing is amazing

Bonus: Harold and the Purple Crayon by Crockett Johnson - okay this is a child's book but I LOVED it growing up. It was my absolute favorite book.
35559 After You by Julie Buxbaum LOVED IT! SO much better than I expected and of course left me wanting even more of Lou's life!
35559 Something Blue - for some reason this sequel was NEVER MADE but I really wish it was.

The Hangman's Daughter - I think this would be an awesome period movie with a killer set

The Language of Flowers I also think this would be an awesome and powerful movie

35559 QUEST: Stress Relief - Thanks to Daphne for the quest.

Puppy:
• Make a tug toy with 2 rat tails and 1 bat wing.
• Read a book where someone goes on vacation or a trip.
• Read a book where there is a party or celebration.
• Read a book with a canine in the book or on the cover to find your inner canine.

Pet Rock: Rock must be full trained to pet status.
• Give 5 nuts to your rock for company.
• Read a book with a silver or grey cover to use to paint your nuts the color of the rock (this will totally work because the phrase is "dumb as a box of rocks" for a reason).
• Read a book with a character that is a painter so you can learn the skill.
• A book with a box on the cover to give the "rocks" somewhere to play.

Rabbit:
• Give your rabbit 5 herbs to munch on.
• Read a book with grass on the cover to give your rabbit somewhere to play.
• Read a book with carrot in the text to give your rabbit some motivation.
• Read a book with something really tall (skyscraper, castle, etc.) on the cover to provide jumping space.

Horse:
• Give your horse 5 salts to lick.
• Read a book with the word apple in the text to give your horse a treat.
• Read a book with someone who rides a horse to get your horse some exercise.
• Read a book set in a place with wide open spaces to let your horse run free.

For each pet played with receive 5 experience, 1 Heal Potion and 1 Pet Plus Potion.

I thought maybe it really had to be AEIOU because that makes it more difficult. Would be nice if it's not though haha

Yep I was forgetting at first that it can't be The. I was just in auto-pilot from doing other spell it outs. For some reason E was the hardest to find, but mostly because I couldn't find anything I felt really like reading, but found a short one.
