Well said Lisa. I was wondering how to phrase it too. I followed that for the Wheel this time - less than 300 pages since I can finish them in a day or 2. Anything longer takes me longer to finish and also, I want to use them for the main page tower.

Happy 4th of July to all our American teammates and Happy Day to all!
I am making my Wheel book, [b..."
The MPG is still the main page genre - the genres shown when you click more but NOT show all (when it goes to the big list of all the shelves). Fourth Wing will not work for that Wheel task unfortunately. But it's good for our main tower - we always need 500+.

@Kirsten: Happy Sweet Sixteen to your daughter!
I have also started Kingdom of Needle and Bone that will work for MPG Horror or MPG Dystopia so we can adjust based on the 4th book in the task.

The Demon King
The male MC is a thief and the female MC is a princess.
Someone let me know if it works."
But the male MC is not really protecting the princess, right? I'm not familiar with the trope but I thought it was the rogue protecting the princess...
I just got this book -

Can somebody familiar with this trope comment?

Suzanne... totally agree with you about ya books
hmmm, might not read the book...

Have a great vacation Leslie Ann. Switzerland is a beautiful country and you are going at such a good time. The challenge will wait for you. :)

We have the best discussions on this thread! It's so fun solving the world's problems with you all!"
I agree Nanci! It adds another layer of fun to the book.

OMG. Best discussion ever. Keli, I just LOVE your post. I love your mental images. I agree with Suzanne, it's the best thing I've read today.
@Nanci: "HE. FUCKING. WINKED." 😂😂 Gems of sentences both of you.
Omg, I'm looking forward to the book - if it's going to be a trainwreck, then I wanna see it to the end. It's mostly books like these that are so loved by everyone and I'm left with a wth reaction. Now if I do feel like that, I'm so glad I have you all. (I felt the same way with City of Brass too. But then it probably had a lot of dissenters compared to this)
Thank you everyone for the wishes.

@Suzanne, @Keli: Ooh that makes me want to read it even more. I have loved her other works - one of her standalone fantasy is one of my favourites ever. I'm gonna see if I can get it.
@Suzanne: Thanks, that's what I'm going to do. I'm really looking forward to the vacation.

@Keli: I do want to start the Murderbot series soon. I've only heard good things about it.
@Elinor: Honestly, almost 140 books in a month is just amazing - especially since they are sometimes very strict and weird categories too.
My first July book has become my last June book as I couldn't sleep from 2 am. I've started a longer book that I'll finish tomorrow and then start on the Wheel prompts books. They are short(er) books so I hope to finish them soon. I'll be going on vacation after a week (school summer holidays start) so my reading is going to be spotty. I have a rough 10 books planned but with everything going on, I cannot be sure.

Yeah, that was clear. I admit I wasn't sold on his writing initially but by the end, it worked for me.
In other news, the DQ volunteering for the BOM is very in demand. Lots of people cashing in their participation for an extra entry (even me!). The DQ volunteer for Fourth Wing is not announced yet.
