35559 Or maybe not. Although I found the problem... it's the tags.

As someone that has a lot of them when posting, I am worried

35559 1x speed is soooooooo slow!"

1x speed is slow.... but 2.5... I just can't do it.... my golden spot is 1.7 or 1.8
(and yes, I tried all speeds)

35559 Finished book #3.

I had to sneak read in to keep my sanity... because I'm in a testers call at the moment and trying *very hard* not to kill my coworker.

Thank the lords for remote work... because it we were on the same space meeting at the moment, my death glare would be impossible to miss, and maim our coworkers is frowned upon.

35559 As the one that is constant in calls and messaging others, I vote not to strangle.

Good Morning team!!!!

How are you in this nice morning?

Near sunny Lisbon is not so sunny today, but it's the principle of the thing.

My plans for today are:
- to work like crazy, have a few calls where I'm going to create some nice conflict, because sometimes people need to listen to rules
-finishing watching star wars: the force awakens
- read like a banshee - well maybe not like a banshee, but to finish Jon's Spooky Corpse Conundrum (Jon's Mysteries, #3) by A.J. Sherwood

I'm starting to get addicted to the series, which is unfortunate because it only has 4 books. There's a spin-off series with 2 books... so... that will keep me entertained for a few days.

35559 Hello team. Our spreadsheets are all automated now. So yey for magic and not that much work.

Don't worry, I kept copies of the old versions, so, no hard work from you has been lost.

To make it easier, we have a tasks by type tab that shows the tasks we have, and those already claimed, for easy reading/finding.

And now, I'm going to try to read for a bit. This week had been hard on my reading.

See ya!

I even used my mom's fancy dishes and tiny forks.

And now I'm sad, because stopping whatever she was doing and start banging in the kitchen and come out with some spur of the moment afternoon snacks was so her that it makes my heart hurt.

35559 So. This is all Jenny's fault. All the talk about cake reminded me of a fade that plagued my old working place called microwaved cake in 8 minutes.

I ditched it at the time because I was a baking snob at the time. Anything not from scratch and that wasn't oven baked it wasn't worth my time. Besides, my signature chocolate cake was/is to die for.

So. Karma and all, I now present you my quick and dirty microwaved 8 minute cake.

It is moist. I'll let you know if it's delicious or not in a bit. Spoiler alert, it will be eaten no matter what it tastes.

Terrible. It happened with the absence during covid's first wave. The refrigerator hold for a bit... but we had minimum food in there just in case.

Dishwasher had to wait for a few months... I finally got tired of washing dishes by hand and replaced it. I am so happy with my new appliances. Stove is the next on the list... just pondering the mixed option (gas stove, electric oven) or go all electric.

I discovered microwave gourmet cooking some years ago. Slow cookers are also handy.

I need to replace my stove/oven too... but then the refrigerator and the dishwasher broke. So now, I need to wait a few more months to replace it... unless Eni's computer or the washer decide to have a meltdown too and get up on the expensive stuff to buy waiting list.

35559 I have a tiny air fryer. I might try the theory of using it to bake cakes. I guess it's time for a google/youtube search.
