It was interesting. But nothing very different from other YA Fantasy type books.

Can you check for the word cookies for me in the book Baby, It's Cold Outside? This will be my Christmas book for next week. It will be a Hoopla audiobook, which means no chapter breakdowns or much navigation for me. So if the word is there, it won’t be easy for me to locate. I’d like to know ahead of time if the word is there!

By the way, how do you find words in the books?

I read more and I understand why you did not like it! WAY too chit chatty with tedious detail and too many characters with all their not very interesting “issues”! But I will make my way through. I read there is a sort of twist halfway through.

I already read the BOM. I found it okay. But hoping you will enjoy it! Glad I don’t buy most of my books. And thankful I didn’t buy Nine Perfect Strangers!

I got the book Nine Perfect Strangers from the library. And read the first 10 chapters. It’s going to be a long, involved story! But I am enjoying the wry humor. I know I won’t be able to finish this until next week. With so many characters, I should be able to use some of the letters for next week’s word!

Sorry, I missed it! I read through a kindle sample because I thought the word might be in the beginning of the book. A character was cooking dinner before they were murdered. But vegetables wasn’t there. It was salad. Oh well!
