On the tab KICHEN meals created , column 'word being spelled/ scavenged ..i i highlight the boz a different coulor( so we can keep an eye on where we are regarding full meals ), will.it affect the SS at all 😊

We cant use dessert as a dessert has to be a name of one

Q: I have a question when it comes to desserts where only 1 item is needed to complete the category.

I get how dessert would work with spell it out, but when it comes to words found in text could you build desserts with things that could be part of a dessert but aren't the dessert specifically? Something like cinnamon or syrup, things that aren't a dessert necessarily on their own but are ingredients in many desserts
A: Not with desserts. If you look at the details for the categories, whereas the others give examples of ingredients that is not the case for desserts. It needs to be the name of a dessert or a generic term such as "tart

Iits not a dessert on its own it would be added to apple pie/ scones/ ..its a runny cream which is whisk that much it goes all thick

Ive just been using basic amount this round , we can get a bit more adventurous next time

Each meeal is assigned a number and then we transfer this number to another sheet

Ive added provision meals on SS so add anything you fancy to those , use the whole meal or just part.of it

Claudia, i find if i update each book at a time.its not too bad and once youve done it a few time you understand what you do / do not need ..i was putting allsorts on my list , but we dont really need pork chops or apple sauce 😄😄

I couldnt do what she does, shes a mental health nurse and currently works with older adults who have dematia ..she is permanently covered in bruises !!!

My daughter whos a nurse had it last week and she not been going anywhere apart from work , she worked all the way through it at the hospital and first time shes had it

On book tracking page if you shuffle along to column AD ive made a list of what meals we got so far so can keep a check

What job do you do Kirsten , we dont have to check ourselves any more ( unless you nhs ) and encouraged to go to work

Kirsten, if you want to make your own full meals thats fine and just slot things into other meals when & if
