What's everyone up to this weekend? Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there! My baby is on vacation in California & Arizona, so I'm childless this year.

One weird question for y'all: how do you determine Amazon shipping weight? I never buy books, so I don't know. I'm pretty sure one of my recent books would qualify...

I just finished The Kitchen House -- it was amazing! I didn't want to read any other books or go to sleep at decent hours... Also Making Money which I just couldn't get into although it was clever and witty

Hi! I finished The Kite Runner last nite 4/25/16. I'd like to use it for exceeding expectations -- it's #3 on the list. Absolutely fabulous book! I don't know why I resisted reading it for so long!

It's just overcast and rainy. There's a high wind warning and it's away too foolish for April. I needed to wear a sweater to work yesterday!

Almost done with my A book, Aunt Dimity and the Duke. Should finish by tomorrow.
