For the June mini, I can read Saint X for the TV show prompt or X in the title.
It looks like all the teams have different starting prompts. Wonder if we will get those as we finish ours.

I cannot seem to get my book Goodnight Beautiful to transfer to the Winners Tower. I am sure I am doing something wrong, so can someone please help me out. Thank you.

Hi All. Just checking in. Just finished a So Happy for You by Celia Laskey. Currently reading Joy in the Morning by Betty Smith and Sleepless in Manhattan by Sarah Morgan. Ok reads so far. The last three reads I finished all started off strong, but ended up not working for me unfortunately.
@ Jessica- I just picked up a copy of Really Good, Actually from the library and I am excited to start it.
I too can join the cross-stitch club here! I have not picked it up in awhile, but I really enjoy the activity.

Just started a book last night and another this morning and am enjoying them both. I usually have a physical copy going during the day and a Kindle/Libby at night. My night time read is usually lighter as I get to scared to read mysteries when it gets dark outside.
Speaking of potato chips, we (my boyfriend and me) got a chip from Aldi called Loaded Bacon and Cheddar, which were delicious but smelled awful. It was quite the experience. I was hoping they would be like the TGIF Potato Skin chip, which are my favorite but hard to find.

Hope everyone had a great weekend! Got a lot of walking in as well as a decent amount of reading. Love the cat video Jenny! One of the booktubers I follow just recently had a cat that had three kittens and she puts a lot of content with them in there and they are just adorable.
I did put a book into the spreadsheet Yours Truly by Abby Jimenez for a red cover, but if it works better for something else feel free to move it. I do need to try to find some books for the winner's towers and I admit, I am not great at being creative with prompts.

It made sense. I might have fumbled to actually getting it right so hopefully I can remember for the next book. I am actually proud lol!! I have been away from working with spreadsheets (computer based technology) for way too long.

So sorry Jenny!!! It took me so long to figure out how to actually add the link and I am usually so careful not to mess up someone’s name. I think in my frustration of trying to read the instructions and not getting it, I did not double check. 🤦♀️

Thanks Jennifer and Eunice on the instructions on how to add a link to a spreadsheet. I think I got it when adding my latest book...fingers crossed!

Just finished my book. I put the information into the spreadsheet with the exception of linking the title.

I figured I should try to use the spreadsheet and I am already not sure how to link a Goodreads book title. I also am not sure how many characters to include in the spell out as there are a lot of MC in this book. I am not yet finished with the book, but hoping to complete it today.

Do you have your first book(s) lined up?
So many!! Do you have any questions about the challenge?
Not yet, but I am sure I willAre you all comfortable using the spreadsheet?
I should be (hopefully)Do we need to set up a completion post thread?
Might not hurtWhy is the sky blue?
Am I asking too many questions for a lazy Sunday?
I am that girl who will take random Reddit quizzes for the fun of it, so ask away

@Prinzess I was so worried about spelling linguine wrong, that I never considered I would spell shrimp incorrectly lol!!
@Jenny your cats are adorable! I love when cats cover their face with their paw

-How do you decide what to name your pets?
I named my cat Guinness years ago because it was my boyfriend's favorite beer and he would most likely be okay that I brought home a cat without consulting him. It worked out and he loved him. The cat I have now was named before I adopted her, so we kept it the same-Favorite food? Do you cook or bake?
I do love to cook, especially trying out new recipes. One of my new favorites is lemon butter linguine with sauteed scrimp-Coffee or tea?
Coffee-Favorite color?
Green-What was the very first concert you went to? Latest?
Going to see Taylor Swift in June in Chicago-What are the books you reread for comfort?
Not a rereader...tooooo many books I want to get to-And, of course, what are your favorite books to recommend to anyone who will listen to you?

Hi Team Deset! My name is Angela and I am from a town near Chicago, IL. This is my first time doing this challenge and I came over from the UNO challenge that is almost finished. Excited to jump into a new team challenge. I also participate in the Seasonal Reading Challenge. I love to read mysteries, romance, historical-fiction, non-fiction and literary fiction. I don't really read fantasy or sci-fiction, although I have enjoyed a few in my time.
I am a planner by nature, love to try different recipes, watch booktube for book recommendations I don't really need (tbr is out of hand lol) and spend time with my cat, Chloe.
Looking forward to May 1st!!
