It'd be helpful if you put all the info about your book in the Hades Reading Plan. Then we (the captains) can just copy and paste the info to the official spreadsheet. :)
That goes mainly for books that don't currently fit a goal, because then we can just refer back to previous books later on and it'll be easier to match them to our goals.

35559 goals

The current goals are:

★ Read a book which has the main location (setting) as a known planet other than Earth.
★ Read a book that contains the word artichokes. ( Cathy is reading one)
★ Read a book that has the birthstone Peridot in the text or title. (Suzanne and ChrisP have some options)
★ Read a book featuring a "brilliant" character or a bookworm.
NEW Read a book where the audio version is between 4 hours and 5 hours long (From what I can gather, you don't have to listen to the audiobook, you just have to check how long the audiobook version of your book is.)

Pratchett is amazing :) I'm in the middle of reading the whole series in order right now. I've probably read like 10-15 of the books earlier, but now I intend to read all of them in a row. :) I finished Sourcery (#5) just before the challenge, I'll probably pick up Wyrd Sisters pretty soon.

You should probably try the Colour of Magic and see if you like his style of humour. I hope you do :)

35559 I added another sheet to the Hades spreadsheet that shows all the books we read during the challenge. The only purpose this serves is to show the enormous pile of books we will read during the challenge and to add up all the page numbers so we can be proud of ourselves. :D
I hope you guys like it, I'll try to keep it up to date.

I think that should work for the goal. Juliana, do you agree?

Sure :) The links to the two main spreadsheets are actually in the first post of this thread, though I didn't notice them at first either.

35559 Good morning from me too! Wow, you guys have really been busy. :D
I'll try to start being useful now too. I might start off with reading The Wolf Wilder, that shouldn't take too long.

35559 I had pretty much the same idea last spring, except I got one of those world maps where you can scratch the countries off, and I've been doing that! :) The main difference with yours is that I'm reading a book for every US and Australian state and every Canadian province as well. :) I'm not sure how far I've gotten so far, I'll have to check when I get home.
But we're pretty much in the same boat here! :) Maybe I can add you as a friend or something?

Also, I can probably recommend something from Estonia. There aren't that many Estonain books that have been translated to English so far. :D
It's also really weird to hear that people have never read any Russian literature, because we read quite a bit in school and I've read a lot myself as well.

35559 I'm going to try and finish up my 2015 reading challenge (the one that has 50 different categories of books you have to read). I'm somehow really behind on that, but I still have some time!
After/besides that I also want to continue with all of the series I'm currently in the middle of. There are a lot, so I think it's time to focus on that :)

35559 I got around to sending out friend requests to everyone too :)
Also, I got Legolas! I'm pretty sure I'd actually be a hobbit, but I'm not saying no to Legolas.. :D

Every team gets 5 goals at a time, but I imagine every team gets random goals from the whole list, not just a part of it.
