My year is up. I read 83 books in total, finished Option 1 for all colours, Option 2 for three colours, and completed all options for Blue. I enjoyed it, thanks for the challenge.
Judy wrote: "I'll be finishing up Anna Karenina today and that'll be it from me at 41 of 50 books. While I was very optimistic a month ago that I'd be able to finish the whole list, I kinda forgot that December..."Well done, Judy. I think that's a pretty brilliant achievement.

I'll buddy any of them except The Mists of Avalon. I don't think I could read that without taking into account her appalling attitude re her husband's proclivities and her possible culpability. It's almost akin to looking at portraits of Gill's daughter. One cannot look at them now without taint of atrocities inflicted.
Louise wrote: "I'm planning to read Station Eleven next year for ATY. I'm down to the last book on the pile to read this year for this challenge - Under the Dome It is a chunkster! ..."Yikes, that's quite the goal! But even if you only did a third of that around your other reading that's a good old chunk of books that have been on your tbr for six years.
Laurie wrote: "Just finished another one - The Coldest Girl in Coldtown. It was another book that wasn't worth the wait. I'm glad to have read it and have it off my list, but I thought it was just..."Hmm, that's on my tbr.
I've not sped up an audio yet, but after reading these posts I might give it a go. Maybe Dune would have been better at 1.5. It definitely would have not taken the full 21 hours!
Vicki Willis wrote: "I set my goal at 20 this year, which is actually 2x as many as I did last year. I am 2 books away. I should finish. I feel pretty good about it even though my number is low.
I am thinking of bump..."
That's a good plan. I do that with my GR annual goal. When I meet it I go up by 5, and when I don't I keep it the same for next time.
Even though I've only read about 5 or 6 from my list of 50 on here, I have read 26 that I added to my tbr 2017 or prior. So I might get another 5 - 10 in. This is a fab challenge. I just read The Kingdom, which I added in 2016,and it was a very enjoyable read. I'm looking forward to the next one in the series.

last night. Oh my, I bawled my eyes out. So devastating! 5 star book for sure"That book is so painfully beautiful. I'm glad you enjoyed it. That book, Animal Farm, The Color Purple and Never Let Me Go are all 5 star reads for me as well. And Cider House Rules 4 star. Fingers crossed you continue to enjoy your tbr.
Kate wrote: "I'm going to try and clear out as much of my TBR from 2013(!!!) as I can by the end of the year :)ADDED IN 2013
The Buddha in the Attic
The Boy in the Striped Pajamas..."
You have some of my favourite books on your list, the books between Lord of the Flies and The Cider House Rules are all exceptional. I hope you really enjoy them.
Can I still join and just back date from the start? I got so close for the 2017/18 year, I want to try again

Carmen, the rules state: Books must be 100 pages or more in length. (unless the task states otherwise), so 102 will work. Unless, you're trying to use it for another challenge.
So I've read my last two boojs for lava. It's bedtime, then work, so I won't get anymore read in time.
I loved playing on tower teams but I am so behind in my other challenges. These time sensitive ones are fun but intense. Good luck to those of you playing.
